The house is lovely, the 5 bedrooms were all large and well decorated to fit the home. We enjoyed time together on the front porch. All 6 of us were pleased with the location. The beds were comfortable. It's a short walk to Forsyth Park and near to Downtown and Riverwalk. It's a beautiful city and the house met all our expectations.

The house is spacious with high ceilings and large rooms in a nice location on a somewhat busy street. The owners/managers were helpful and responsive and kindly allowed us early check-in. We would have liked the outdoor spaces to have been tidier and more nicely tended and the entrance locks to have been easier/more intuitive to operate. Overall a very nice stay.

Thank you for your kind review—we’re so glad you enjoyed the spacious layout, high ceilings, and convenient location, and that our team could assist with an early check-in! We appreciate your feedback on the outdoor areas. During pollen season in Savannah, outdoor spaces can accumulate pollen very quickly, and we’re not able to maintain porches and exterior areas on an hourly basis, but we understand the impact and will continue looking for ways to improve presentation when possible. We also hear you on the entrance locks and will work on making them more intuitive and user-friendly.

Excellent Stay

House was perfect for (5) friends. All bedrooms were a nice size with same size beds and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked. House was very clean. Great stay. Would definitely come back.

Great House- Well Appointed

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was well appointed with everything we needed. Plenty of towels and coffee pods! Loved the decor, just as shown in photos. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

Check was very easy, instruction were clear and easy to follow.The kitchen was very spacious. The five of us could easily work in the kitchen at the same time.Really enjoyed the large spacious home, especially having a bedroom to ourselves and an inviting porch. Beautiful Home

This house was perfect for our stay in Savannah for St. Patrick’s Day. It was clean & had all the supplies we needed. It’s walkable to many locations including bars/restaurants/groceries. It’s a bit of a hike to Riverfront, but Ubers are probably more available on not as busy of a weekend. We would stay here again in the future.

Awesome home

We had a great time at this beautiful charming home. The house was very spacious and comfortable. Even though it is an older home (a good thing!), it had modern comforts. Definitely book this home with confidence and your whole party will be impressed with you that you found it!

This historic home has been beautifully restored and was so charming. It worked perfectly for our group of 5 women. We enjoyed walking the neighborhoods, squares and Riverside District (about 2 miles.) We would definitely stay here again. The owner is extremely responsive and informative which we appreciated.

Perfect!

The property looks exactly like the pictures. It is not quite walking distance to places like River St, but ride shares are plentiful! The house itself was beautiful. Was very clean, lots of space to spread out, kitchen had everything we needed, and had plenty of pillows/towels/blankets.

The Perfect Spot!

This house was fantastic, as was the property manager, Patrick! We are a group of 9 adults that travel together routinely to different cities and this house gave us the perfect setup. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was well decorated and just overall a great property. We found that it was centrally located and easy to get just about anywhere in under 10 minutes. You can't go wrong when deciding to book this house!

We focus exclusively on properties in Savannah and Tybee Island because this is our home, not just a market. We’ve each lived in Savannah for over 20 years and still live here today—working, playing, and spending our time downtown—so sharing this city comes naturally to us. We decided to rent our first home as a vacation rental because we wanted guests to experience Downtown Savannah the same way we do.
