The interiors of Michaela Residence are of Greek style, decorated with colourful art and elegant bright furnishings against white-washed walls.

Michaela Residence occupies three floors. On entering the villa, you are greeted with a spacious living and dining area, complete with digital home comforts. The fully-equipped kitchen is further down the hallway and has a distinct country feel with walls painted by a famous Greek artist. A gorgeous window opposite the casual dining area here beautifully frames the view to the Castle of Akrotiri.

A double bedroom is also on the ground floor and has a very romantic feel with a dressing area as well as a shared bathroom. The primary bedroom can be found on the upper floor with views of the sea from the king size bed. There is also a mezzanine double bedroom with adjoining terrace that leads down to the main terrace with the pool. A wooden ladder provides access to a mezzanine with double mattress. A bathroom also occupies this floor. The basement has two more bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a spa room with heated Jacuzzi tub.

The highlight of the home is the wonderful outdoor terrace located at the front of the villa. It has spectacular views looking out to the Aegean Sea and to the whole of the island of Santorini. The considerable infinity pool is always inviting, day and night, and there are various seating options from which to soak up the sunshine and remarkable views. An elegant lounge area is perfectly positioned to the left of the pool and is ideally shaded by a pergola with fluttering drapes. A perfect spot to sit to gather with your guests and chat. Stairs at the far end of the terrace lead to another large terrace upstairs. This terrace can also be accessed by the upstairs bedroom.

At the back of the villa, where the BBQ facilities and parking can be found, you’ll find an intimate alfresco dining area overlooking the old Castle of Akrotiri.
