Claire and her family were lovely tenants and we could communicate extremely well with them. The tenants were nice, communicative and maintained the property in good order. However, we would like to mention that check in and check out times are clearly stated in the house rules mentioned in VRBO. It is the very first time tenants mentioned this to us and tenants need also to understand that we need to have a large cleaning window so that when the next tenants arrive, the house is in order and clean. For the paperwork, though all papers are send beforehand to tenants, we will endeveour best efforts to make it shorter and more simple in the future. Patricia & Andreas
