純粋なプロヴァンスの伝統に基づいて建てられたこのマゼットは、サン・アンドレ・ド・ロケペルトゥイスのおいしい小さな村へようこそ。

ローズマリーとキョウチクトウに囲まれた、2500 m2の広大で完全にスクリーンされた区画では、村の外にあり、セミだけが邪魔する静寂の中にあります。 日陰のテラス、8m x 2mのプール。 4または2カップルの家族に最適です。
家の内部はロフトスタイルで配置され、光をより活用するための大きなオープンスペース、夜に太陽が沈むスイミングプールを見下ろす非常に大きな画像ウィンドウがあります。
装飾は「産業フリーマーケット」です。

Beautiful property exquisitely decorated and furnished both inside and outside. Pool was wonderful and cooling with the hot temperatures and the covered seating area was the most used area during the day and night. What a delight.Beautiful village and within easy reach of many other places worth exploring.Big garden however overgrown so not able to explore and enjoy the views from the elevated bench position. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday in the area.

Fantastic place to stay

Even in March it was warm and a brilliant place to stay. Very comfortable, we felt like we had escapes the world and had a really good break. Highly recommended.

Beautifully appointed property in charming village

This accommodation was everything that we had hoped for and more - Really clean and tidy, spacious, comfortable beds, tasteful decor and outside privacy. The surrounding area is lovely and there are a lot of tourist activities available nearby. Its also a great base for exploring the Ardeche Gorges and many pretty hilltop villages. I would highly recommend renting this property : )

Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful house in a small town with a lot of nice people. We liked that there are different kinds of coffee machines. You can make your favorite coffee for sure. The place looks better then on the pictures. We loved everything about it and we even used the pool in november. That was a bit cold ;-)

Wonderful vacation in a perfect environment

We have enjoyed two wonderful and very relaxing weeks in your great house. We loved your pool deck and the Lounge-Style terrasse. The house is very well equipped, our small dog loved the big (fenced) garden. Virginie is taking care, helping you of needed.

Fabulous!

Really amazing house, beautiful design, clean, quiet, fully equipped. The outside area and pool are perfect for enjoying sunny days outside and the inside is comfortable and spacious for when you have to be indoors. Lots to explore in the surrounding area. Lovely hosts! Thanks for having us :)

What a place to stay! All as advertised! Enjoy the sun on the terrace, cool down inside with the very helpful air conditioning. Very stylish interior. You feel at home right away. Nice little towns in the area to visit. And our dog enjoyed the garden and running around:-) Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation!

Beautiful Place in a beautiful area

The House from Bertrand is a great place to be. It is not to big and was perfect for us(2 adults and a dog) It is clean and perfectly equipped, if you like to cook or just relax. The terrace with the pool side by side was our haunt. The team from Bernard was very friendly and helpful. The area itself is a great nature reserve with beautiful places (directly at the river Ceze area and close the awesome Ardeche)- and very friendly people. We will come back…..very soon 😊 Thanks again to Bertrand and his team for a perfect holiday week in September 2022! Marion & Uli from Germany

Quiet escape

I spent 2 nights in this beautiful home. I was traveling alone and looking to escape from my otherwise hectic life. This cottage was exactly what I needed. It is picturesque, everything I imagined from the province countryside. My first night I lay in the bathtub with a glass of wine and the complete works of Jane Austin. Right outside of the village, there are a few walks to take up the sloping hills, offering a view of the valley. The surrounding vignerons offer generous wine tastings. I highly recommend this cottage for singles, couples, or families traveling with 1-2 children - the pool is certainly a plus with the kiddos, as well as the exciting decor.

A great vacation home in very quiet location

All in all, a really great little cottage with lots of flair and charm. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, the pool is large enough and right next to the large terrace. The large garden was unfortunately hardly usable as it was not mowed at the time of our stay - which didn't bother us much. But it would not have been very suitable for leisure activities for children. Some furniture in the outdoor area should be replaced - vintage style is great, but a few are too old. And we only found some important things after a few days, e.g. the hammock, beanbags, etc. The briefing at the welcome was rudimentary, but sufficient.

Lovely stay

We had a very lovely stay. The house was very well equiped and modern compared to others in the region. The full fence & good oversight from the terrace has allowed us to let the dog run around without issue. It’s only a short (minutes) drive from a small supermarket, bakery & good restaurants. There’s no immediate necessity to drive longer distances which made us happy. Virginie & her husband were very quick to respond to any messages & checkin only took a couple of minutes which was nice. Having a lower car does require a little bit of angling to drive in/out of the driveway but regular cars will not have any issues here. We did have a fantastic 2 weeks & we are definitely looking forward to stay there again. A point of feedback; the loungebeds from the pictures were not all present, which we found a little dissappointing as the others were a bit rougher to sit on. But plenty of seats are available to lounge so we were pleased anyway. A suggestion; Perhaps an extra parasol base would be a nice to have as there are multiple available at the house.

Kommunikation mit Gastgeber: unkompliziert, nett, ausgezeichnetAnkommen in Unterkunft: ohne Probleme, fwir fühlten uns willkommen, obwohl wir zu früh angekommen sindEin Haus mit Wohlfühlfaktor: die Ausstattung ist sehr gut was alle Möbel im Haus und draußen betrifft; wir waren in sehr heißen Woche von Ort (tagsüber bis zu 38) und das klimatisierte Haus war eine WohltatUmgebung: direkt vom Haus aus geht es in die Landschaft - für Familien mit Hund gute Sache; der Dorf an sich ist sehr klein, allerdings gibt es in der nahe UMgebung genug Ausflugmöglichkeit, inklusive lecker RestaurantsBesonders: Poll hat eine besondere Qualität - auch wenn die Größe des Pool überschaubbar ist, bietet der Pool durch seine exlusive Fliesen, sauberes Wasser (gute Filteranlage) eine besondere Qualität, die man nicht alle Tage haben kann. Dafür gibt es ein besonderes Sterchen.Fazit: klare Empfehlung mit lieben Gruß an Bertrand und seine Schwester:-)

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, in einem kleinen sehr schönen, verträumten Dorf. Die Leute dort sind alle sehr nett. Man kann mit dem Hund direkt vom Haus loslaufen. Das Haus war so wie beschrieben, an manchen Stellen nagt schon der Zahn der Zeit, aber auch das hat seinen Charme. Es gibt im Umfeld viel gut bezeichnete Wanderwege, wo man kann direkt vom Haus loslaufen kann. Der Supermarkt in ca. 4km Enrfernung ist zwar nicht so groß, aber vollkommen ausreichend.

Sam and Bertrand, 33 and 34 years, decided to build this house using only traditional methods and quality materials. Our family lives in the village.
Sam is a real estate agent and Bertrand the manager of a large Parisian department store.
We love flea markets and are currently in the process of filling this house with treasures collected over several years.

The house is very similar to those found in Pagnol's books, built with only high quality materials on a very large lot.
The pool, without any obstructed views, faces west and is perfect for watching the sunset.
