Great property!

We had a great week at the property! Easy walk to the boardwalk and the beach, and a great view of the fireworks. House was very clean and well maintained. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would love to stay here again!

Great location

The location was perfect. Close to beach and boardwalk. The owner was prompt in replying to all my messages and was very accommodating. Home was very nice and roomy.

Great vacation

Beautiful home and spacious. Half a block to the beach and you can see fireworks from the deck on Fridays. We had a great time!

It was so great to be able to go somewhere with my dogs. I have big dogs & people always advertise small dogs only! Great location & very clean. There is no hot tub but that’s fine. I love the amount of parking

We arrived needing to use the bathrooms but couldn't because there was NO toilet paper, We had to immediately go to a store to get some. The bunk beds downstairs, which we did not use, were covered in food crumbs. When the third floor unit was rented above us, we heard every footstep and noise above us. The kitchen was dismally dark with poor overhead lighting and the pots and pans were worn, It was curious to see inventory labels for the plates and glassware (5 Dinner plates, 4 soup bowls) The location to the beach and boardwalk was wonderful but did not make up for all the other negatives.

Great choice!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and well kept. The beach and boardwalk are in close walking distance-- even our two year old made the walk each day easily. From the balcony we had a perfect view of the boardwalk fireworks. Great choice for a family trip!

Overall, great experience

Had a few minor fixes that needed to be addressed... but, Doug, the owner, took care of them right away. Had a handyman there the next day. The handyman had to come the following day to button up a few things, which was a minor inconvenience as there was no communication for a timeframe of when he was coming back. Aside from that little setback, a great time was had by all. We had 12 people there the majority of the time & it was ample space for all of us. The teens/pre-teens loved the downstairs room w/ all the beds in it. Will definitely keep this property as an option for a future stay.

Great place! Our unit was comfortable, spacious and everything we could want. It was beach block, steps to boardwalk, piers, Water Parks, shopping, etc Very comfortable seating in living room, spacious bedrooms. First floor unit is a children’s delight.

Really enjoyed our stay

This home had everything you could ask for in a beach getaway with the family. The home is nice and spacious, great appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Was disappointed the floors were not as clean as I prefer. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Would stay there again and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice spacious place to vacation.

Great location and space for large families!

This property had the best location! Right on the same block of the beach with direct access to the boardwalk within a few steps! Lots of rooms and beds for large families to stay together. The living room/dining room area was perfect for everyone to be together. 3 full bathrooms and an outside shower really helped us with so many families. The owner always responded right away to my questions leading up to our stay. Clean bedrooms and furniture. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed the beach and the local restaurants. The living space was open so we could hang out together. Everything was clean and well equipped. Location was perfect!

Great location great place

We had 2 minor issues. The showers were clogged and we needed a new shower line and the owner took care of it very quickly. Excellent location and great set up for a family get away. The kids room was amazing. They had a blast.

Extremely dirty unit

Upon arrival, we wanted to make the beds with our own linens. When I went to remove the current bedding, you could clearly tell the bedding had not been changed. The master bed was filled with hair as were others in the home. The twin in the basement was filled with crumbs. I had to strip all of the beds down to the mattress pads and wash everything. Once the first load went into the dryer, we found that it was not heating up. We tried to vacuum the vent out but it would not heat up. The owner sent out someone who took about the vent and cleaned it. It still would only heat on heavy duty and the owner's response was he had no solution. Next we cleaned the kitchen. Found the coffee pot had not been cleaned and there were coffee grinds still in the filter. The pots all had black burn spots on them. We only used the pot as a basin to hand wash things. We would not cook in it. The master bath would not drain. It filled to the top of the tub. My husband took the drain apart and cleaned it so some of the water would go down. We would need to space out the showers to ensure the water drained first. The bath curtain the downstairs bathroom is full of mold. The sliding door doesn't lock - you had to place the wood strip on the floor to "lock" it. The floors were filthy as well throughout. They did not look vacuumed and definitely had not been cleaned. We even had to vacuum the balcony that was dirty as well. Unit itself is large and a nice set up with a great location. However, the unit really needs a thorough cleaning and repairs to dryer and master tub. I thought we were renting a more upscale unit but quickly realized we didn't. We would not recommend it to others nor would we stay here again. Sadly, I think we left the unit cleaner than when we arrived. Hopefully they tenants this week appreciate our work. Very disappointing especially for the cost.
