Balcony just outside the Living / Dining rooms with plenty of space to get some sun, cool off in the plunge pool and enjoy a meal under the pergola.

Beautiful Property - Amazing Experience

We just completed a stay at this beautiful property. The landscaping and views are beautiful. The villa was impeccable, well stocked with beach towels and linens and overall just a great space. There is one bedroom on main floor with bathroom right next to it. Then downstairs are two masters with ensuite bathrooms. Very spacious. We loved the plunge pool and close proximity to the other larger pools on the property as well. If you are looking for a peaceful get away with both beach and pool access - this property cannot be beat. The owners and property manager are very responsive and super nice. A few recommendations: rent a car, check times of the on-site restaurant, they only take cash. Check in and out was super easy. We would rent again.

Nice Condo and Complex to Stay Between Bucerias and Punta Mita Area

We were looking to explore the "La Cruz" area to be further out of Puerto Vallarta - away from the hustle and bustle. To give you an idea this location is in between Bucerias and Punta Mita. The pictures in the listing give you an idea of exactly what you'll see when you arrive. The communication with the owner is excellent. Anything and everything you need to know for easy access and details were the best ever from any VRBO rental. Quick responses to any questions or comments. The condo is very clean and maintained. Nice towels, soft bedding. The kitchen is well stocked, and you will have an easy time and enjoy preparing and serving meals. There is also a small grill on the patio that worked great. It was great having the filtered water in the condo. The front of the condo is very near the highway which is loud. However, once inside and you're in the front of the condo (living room, master bedroom, balcony) you won't notice it. The front bedroom guests will hear it. This condo is high up from the beach area on the property You do have an amazing view of the Bay of Banderas. There is not a sunset view. The property itself is very big and it's very nice to walk down to the beach and enjoy the pool and beach area. There is a nice little restaurant on the property. The walk UP from the beach is definitely a work-out. There is a funicular to take you back up, but... it only worked one time we were there and then it was out the rest of the week. That deterred us from going down to the beach area each day. There are two pools near the room that are easy to get to/fro. We were visiting in March and had no problem finding lounge chairs. The pools were not very busy, so you can enjoy some quiet time. We had a car rental. I'm very glad we decided to rent a car or I think we would have felt isolated. It's a trek to the front entrance where you would need to call an Uber or take the bus. A rental car gives you more freedom to come and go to Bucerias (a quick 5 minute trip), or head over to the La Cruz Marina (a 5-10 minute trip). By car, it's about 15-20 minutes to La Comer and Mega. When traveling from PV I recommend stopping there for a few things, or at least an OXXO, as there is nothing quick like that to grab once at the condo. WiFi was excellent, even had no problem with a Zoom meeting. TV system is strictly streaming. No cable TV. Note, that if you are used to US streaming there are a lot of things you cannot view abroad.

Wonderful Week

This was one of many visits to the Puerto Vallarta area. We truly loved our condo, the staff , the weather and our location. We have stayed in Bucerias many times before, and found we were a 5min cab ride away---perfect. Made a trip to Sayulita (20mins) for the Day of the Dead celebration and loved the festivities, the food and the cute little surfing town. Our trip was fun filled and we plan to return in the future.
