Full service reputable dive shop DiveTech next door with one of the best shore dives on the island or take a trip on one of their roomy dive boats to many dive sites including Stingray City or the Kittiwake Wreck. Sustainable Restaurant next door as well and 7 other exceptional restaurants within a mile (several on the ocean). The world renowned Turtle Farm and Dolphin Cove is also all within walking distance of less than .3 mile. Also the Car/Boat Museum is less than .5 mile. Use our fully stocked kitchen to cook your favorite foods by visiting Fosters Grocery Store 1.5 miles away. Many visitors chose to rent a car (we can help with that if you would like) however we are right on the bus route which costs 2CI. Our location truly offers something for everyone...even if your goal is to do nothing and just to relax.

About Alan and Nicole Landon
Although our permanent home is in Pennsylvania USA, our hearts are always in Grand Cayman. Our first visit to the amazing island was in 1998 and we immediately fell in love and decided someday we would have a home on the island. We are very active and love to scuba dive, snorkel, ride horses, play tennis, hike, snowmobile and of course just relax. We have a huge love of animals and in PA we have many including cats, dogs, chickens, guineas, horses, ducks and lots of goats. We get our love for the outdoors from our family as we both grew up in very rural areas.

After returning on many occasions and staying in many locations we decided that West Bay was the place for us as it is quiet but only minutes from all major attractions. We have vacationed on many islands in the Caribbean and found Cayman to be our favorite. We love that we are right beside the pool but only a stones throw from the ocean.
What makes this Townhome unique
Choosing a home in West Bay was easy, as we love to dive and snorkel so you can't beat the location with a professional Dive shop next door with a sea pool and dock to a mini wall and a deep wall! The beach is very close and is less crowded than most and there are so many good restaurants within feet and minutes including those that sit on the ocean to eat. Watching dolphins is really neat and you can just walk next door to do this or to visit the Turtle Farm. So close to all, yet just far enough from town to be tranquil. Renting a car is always a benefit however we are right on the bus route as well if that does not suite your needs. Its just home away from home with all the luxuries you love such as granite counter tops, stainless appliances, stocked kitchen, large bedrooms with their own full baths and a pool to boot! The back patio is complimented with a charcoal grill and a lovely spot to eat.

Amazing townhouse in great location!
Our stay was simply perfect- other than being too short. The townhouse is in an awesome location and is a beautiful home. Nicole and Alan should and clearly do take great pride in their home! It is set up with everything you need- from towels and bed linens to dishes and silverware and everything in between.
There is an assortment of restaurants/ diners (you’ve gotta stop by and try out West Bay Diner!!) to find food nearby. A grocery store is 1.5 miles away and the beach is a stones throw away.
The only not-positive comment I have is the pool. It is nice and warm, but doesn’t seem to very well taken care of. It is more green (algae) than we expected. But for the record: that has NO implication against Alan and Nicole. It is ran and managed by the organization, it is not their private pool.
There is plenty of sightseeing that is easily accessible- may I suggest you visit Hell?- and the keyless entry lock is a big plus just because you don’t have to bring a house key with you everywhere you go!

Perfect family getaway!
We have a 3yo son and this condo was perfect for us. We were close enough to the beach and activities while having peace and quiet away from crowds. The pool right outside the condo was excellent, especially if you have young kids. The grocery and liquor stores were only a few minutes away too. Having a rental car was helpful for us for getting around. We really appreciated having a nice kitchen as well as laundry facilities. It was also handy to have the smart tv so that my son could watch some shows and have quiet time. Also, we were so pleased to have Canadian TV channels, my husband was delighted that he could watch the Leaf game! The beds were really comfortable, we slept really well. The neighbourhood is very safe and the people in the community were kind and helpful. Loved it!!
Excellent place to stay in NW Point
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Right across the street from Lighthouse Point and just down the road from Turtle Reef. So if you like to do shore diving you can't beat this location. We also like that it is located north of 7 mile beach and all of the traffic there. Still very accessible to restaurants, etc. The townhouse is just as advertised and a very nice place to stay.

Alan and Nicole’s is well appointed and is perfectly situated on the west end of the island - far enough from Georgetown to avoid the crowds and craziness, but close enough to be there in a matter of minutes. DiveTech and Vivo are across the street and Macabuca and the Turtle Center are theee minutes up the road. We enjoyed the home and the pool and all of the friends we made (including chickens, a very friendly neighborhood cat and several curious iguanas. We will certainly be repeat customers when our plans bring us back to Cayman. Thank you, Alan and Nicole!!
Great owner with great condo
Nicole was very responsive and the place was superior. Nice quiet location with a great dive shop across the street.
We loved this stay as much as our first. Great diving across the street with DiveTech and with Sunset Divers at Macabuca. Local beach fantastic with great snorkeling and quiet! Still an easy drive to busier locations!
The Townhome feels like home and Nicole is very quick to respond to emails.
