Great location, home, and pool

Pros: - Huge master bedroom/bathroom with soaking tub - great for athletes. (We stayed here for a volleyball tournament,) - Great pool area with table/chairs and four loungers. Shade first thing in the morning. - Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and both types of coffee makers. (Note: the ice maker is intentionally unplugged) - Air conditioning was perfect in almost every room. - Awesome location to hit Convention Center and avoid I4. - Quiet neighborhood - Ample driveway parking - Easy trash disposal - just put it in the correct bin - the community handles the rest (this is contrary to the notice on the fridge) Cons: - The small bunk bed room does not get very cool at night. It is the only room with no fan, and the vent is small - plan accordingly. - A starter dish soap and sponge would have been a nice touch. We also found all of the towels in the laundry room - not in any bathrooms. Only 4 of these are pool towels. - On our 2nd day I noticed a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom (that is attached to a bedroom) down into the master potty closet. There was significant water leakage, but it thankfully dripped into a trash can. I reported this to the management company, and they said that they would let maintenance know. It did not appear that anyone came to look into this, and we never heard anything back, so we did not use that bathroom for the remainder of our stay. This was quite inconvenient and my only major complaint.

Great House and Location

We loved this house and the property manager was very responsive with any questions. Definitely would stay here again. Great subdivision, felt very safe!

Quiet family retreat

Wonderful house located in pristine neighborhood. Great privacy at the end of a cul-de-sac. House is well appointed and clean. Master bedroom mattress was a little stiff for my liking, but that's a personal choice. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

Disappointed

The first floor of the home is staged beautifully but the upstairs (where most of the bedrooms are located) needs some work. The carpets are stained and some of the linens/bedspreads/pillow shams need to be replaced. The biggest disappointment was the presence of animal hair, etc. in a home that was supposed to be pet free. This made for an uncomfortable week with several family members who have pet allergies. The management company called to apologize but this didn't make our stay any more comfortable.

Thanksgiving 2020 vacation!!!🦃🍽🍁

This was a very nice property! My family and I enjoyed it. The getaway and relaxation was much needed. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Had a lil problem one night trying to get back in the house (code wasn’t working) however Mr. Lance was very responsive and got us in.! Even though you can connect to WiFi the phone reception is not great at all. (I have Verizon and never really have problems with service). Overall great home and yes I would rent again!

Great place for family get together

Property was clean, well maintained and exactly how it was advertised. Great location at end of street, privacy in back yard pool. Very nice place- everyone enjoyed themselves. Check in and out process very simple and as advertised. Definitely would recommend this property!
