SEA260 - Sea Woods Beach Condo - This is how to enjoy a Florida vacation!

This second floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has all the updated amenities you want while away from home. Flat screen TVs, an electric fireplace, glass walled showers are just a few. An assigned parking spot directly across from the condo makes it easy to unload your car and walk up the stairs to your unit (there is no elevator). Visitor parking is also close-by.

The kitchen is designed for ease of cooking with stainless steel appliances, espresso colored cabinets, stone counter tops and is fully-equipped for meal preparation. The dining area just off the kitchen seats 6 comfortably for dinner or a game of Monopoly.

The family room has a sectional sofa that makes for great viewing of the 55-inch wall-mounted TV complete with Spectrum cable channels. An electric fireplace makes it warm and inviting should a winter chill arrive. A glass slider opens onto the balcony which overlooks palms and oaks of the beach access property.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a wall-mounted TV. Separate access to the south facing balcony allows you to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The tiled master bath has a glass walk-in shower with a double sink vanity.

The second bedroom features twin beds with wall-mounted flat screen TV. The second bathroom is tiled with stone sink and vanity, and has a tub/shower combo with glass slider.

Need to do laundry? A state-of-the-art, full-sized washer/dryer suite is adjacent the dining area.

Want to spend the day at the beach? It's just a short walk and the unit has a beach cart with chairs/towels/coolers to help you enjoy the day.

Want to watch a space launch from Cape Canaveral, you can do that right from the master bedroom window or walk across to the beach for a better view. OR you can spend the day at any of the Orlando area attractions, just an hour or so drive from the condo.

Whether you wish a fun week-long vacation or an entire season, you’re sure to enjoy your stay at Sea Woods 260.

VIDEO DOORBELL - A video doorbell is installed at the entrance door of Sea Woods 260. This system automatically captures movement near the entrance and is used solely for security monitoring. There are no other cameras at the property.

Modern oasis

We really enjoyed our stay in this gorgeously renovated condo with all the amenities a family needs and convenient access to the properties largest pool. Our daughter really enjoyed her room with comfy twin beds.

Loved the condo

We were familiar with the area but the condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect. It’s very homey and they did a fabulous job with the renovations. Would absolutely stay again and have recommended to friends.

Home away from home

We are so thankful that we found this little place at the beach. It has become our home away from home when we vacation in the summer. After three years of staying here, we are still impressed by the amenities, the cleanliness, and the convenient location. This year we were very surprised by the upgraded path to the shore, and the basket of treats left for us in the kitchen. Our next stay can not come soon enough.

Outstanding property. Interior has been redone on this condo to make you feel at home when away. Three pools are available to use on the property grounds, tennis courts, pickleball courts and shuffleboard. Not only are there a number of amenities on the property, the beach is less than a 2 minute walk. 30 minute drive to major shopping outlets, Daytona and Daytona Beach and just over one hour drive from the airport. Steve knew we were flying in a day or two before our visit and offered an early check in to the property and allow my family and I to enjoy the beach that much sooner!I visited Sea Woods annually over 20 years ago as a child with my family and was happy to start a new tradition with my own family this year. I will certainly be back and be making Steve’s property a priority!

Phantastic condo, remodelled 2019 with love for detail

When we saw the pictures on HomeAway, we thought „this is great; perfect location; looks really nice, very tasteful and stylish“ - and so it was! The pictures here are 100% correct. This condo is amazing. It had all we needed for a phantastic stay (tastefully equipped and decorated rooms, fully equipped kitchen), close to the beach and perfectly located for trips into the area. Interaction with the owners was very easy. This is a 100% recommendation!

Amazing!

The pictures do not do this condo justice! It was beautiful, clean, warm and inviting. We usually bring all of our stuff with us (baggies, foil, etc.) because a lot of places do not offer any. The owners were fabulous to work with and communicated well. Location is in the perfect area for us - beach and pool friendly. We like to care for places we stay in like we would our own home - their condo made it that much easier for us. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful place with us and we look forward to returning!

Beautiful Setting Close to the Beach

This is our second year in this lovely condo. When we had concerns about the damage to the beach area, the owners were kind enough to check the status of the beach access and send photos of the repairs. Our drive to FL is a long one and we often arrive after dark. It was nice to enter a place that had lamps on, so we were not fumbling around looking for light switches. The fresh flowers and a sign welcoming our family were nice personal touches. My husband and I took evening walks through the development and were awed by the beautiful landscaping and quiet neighborhoods. A quick walk across A1A and over the stairs puts you on a beautiful clean stretch of beach. We would definitely stay here again.

New Smyrna Beach, September 2020

Steve was a very gracious host and even extended our dates due to a delay in our arrival. We had reviewed the pictures of the condo online but when we walked in, we were blown away. Fresh cut flowers were in several of the rooms and it was so clean. We only used the king sized bed and it was so comfortable after a day in the the sun at the beach.The kitchen is stocked better than most places we have rented and the coffee station has every way possible to prepare coffee. Homemade soaps were left for us in the beautifully renovated bathrooms. The whole unit was such a comfortable place to spend time in at the end of the day. I can't think of a single thing I would recommend to make our stay even better. Fantastic experience!

Excellent Experience!

After driving back to New York yesterday, and a forecast of getting up to another foot of snow this week, I find myself dreaming I was back in New Smyrna Beach, walking the beach and enjoying this lovely property. It felt like home from the minute we walked in. We felt comfortable and welcome, from the minute we arrived! This property is lovely and welcoming. The attention to detail was literally second to none...from the sign welcoming us, to the binder full of useful information, to the flowers. The central location, with easy access to the beach and to restaurants, shops, golf courses, and other activities was a bonus for us since we didn't know New Smyrna Beach that well, and took a chance based on the information provided in the listing and the comments. We are already discussing a possible return. We would highly recommend this property. Thank you to Steve and his family, owners of this beautiful property.

Perfect family getaway

Wow! What a beautiful place for our vacation. The owners are very communicative and were extremely helpful when we had to change our dates. They have gone above and beyond to supply all the items needed to make you feel like you are at home, but better. While on vacation we cook most of our meals "in house" to save on expenses. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities (plus lots of extras) to prepare a family meal. We really appreciated the Brita filtered water and dish soap. Both bedrooms had comfy beds with cozy linens, and the fluffy bathroom towels were luxurious. Plenty of outlets and USB ports make sure that you don't miss your alarm, so you can see the sunrise over the ocean. My favorite part was an sipping on a early morning cup of coffee by the fireplace, while my husband enjoyed strumming on the guitar. Even my 14 year old was impressed by our accommodations! He loved the remote control fans. The most loved perk by everyone? The keyless entry. We arrived after dark which made finding the correct building a little more difficult as the building numbers are a little hard to find. The unit was well marked and someone was kind enough to leave lamps on for us, so we weren't groping around in the dark. It's just a hop skip and a jump to the beach, but be prepared for the stairs along the beach path. If you're lucky you will also spot the rabbits that live along the route to the beach. My advice....stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, sehr bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche und ein großes Sofa, auf dem alle Platz haben. Der Eigentümer ist sehr zuvorkommend und die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Literally, everything was Perfection

I don't even have adequate words. Sea Woods 260 was literally perfect. If you forgot it, they have it at the condo. I had grown so accustomed to packing all the things to include paper towels, dishwasher pods, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. I didn't even have to do that because those things were already there. The condo reno made for the absolute most adorable vacat

Home away from home

Everything was great, it was a short walk to the beach and everything we needed was there. My husband loved using the fishing pole. We even learned how to catch live bait on the beach. I just wish the pool closest to us wasn't closed. I'm sure it will be opened by July 4th. That's just my luck.

Great condo and location

Great condo and location. The condo was updated and very cutely decorated. It had everything we needed including things for the beach. It was a short walk to the beach. The owners were great and easy to work with. We recommend and hope to return.

Beautiful condo very nicely appointed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We love to eat in and the kitchen has room to prepare meals and the dining area is spacious and comfortable. We did add a meat thermometer to the kitchen because, well, a delicious baked chicken one evening. I would highly recommend this vacation home. You can enjoy the sun on the balcony off the living room in the afternoon.

Great place to stay

Loved the beautiful remodel. Great job. Provided so many things we might need including soap, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, spices etc. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Worried about how well I'll like mine when I go back home ...LOL. Towels plush and soft. In unit washer and dryer very convenient. One thing I would change is the bathrooms really need towel racks as towels don't dry quick enough on hooks. I'd like to use the hooks for robe and pjs. Owner quickly responded to questions. Would stay here again except someone beat us to it! Renting it for 6 months next year and how ever long after that.
