What sets our unit apart from others at La Estancia or other local resorts? Our 6th floor condo (unit 1604) offers unobstructed breathtaking views of the sunset EVERY NIGHT. The vast majority of other units for rent look to the south or are low enough that palm trees block your view of the sunset, requiring you to get expensive dinner reservations to catch a sunset. In our unit, you can take in legendary PV sunsets from one of our TWO spacious terraces.

Not just that, but our 3 bedroom/ 4 bathroom unit can accommodate up to 10 guests with 2 king size suites, one bedroom with two queen beds, and a common space with a pullout sofa.

On the resort grounds, enjoy the world-class 17,000 Tatewari square foot spa and salon, a full gym with weights, locker rooms, and a personal trainer, and two massive swimming pools with a swim-up bar. Also at the resort are four ocean-side hot tubs, La Casona steakhouse and piano bar, and a second restaurant offering pool-side service and room service.

Fabulous Family Vacation

My family and I spent 5 days at this wonderful condo. The location is absolutely perfect! The view was awesome. Housekeeping was great. This is our 5th time at La Villa Estancia and we will definitely be back!!

Perfect 9 day stay

This is a great unit, with great ocean views from the 6th floor in a great resort! Staff is very attentive. This unit was perfect for 3 couples. We look forward to a return visit.

Family in Nuevo Vallarta - La Estancia

We had a wonderful time with 11 of us. We had two units at La estancia and one at Villa La Palma Flamingos. (Next door). We had plenty space. Our units were very clean. Great Views. Delicious food. Nice daily walk to Bucerias. God Willing we will ALL return.

Best unit in the complex

This unit included your own balcony, as other units you would have to share. Great space and lots of room in the unit. Decor was stunning. This unit was on the 6th floor and close to the ocean to view all the amazing sunsets. In unit personal wi-fi cannot want to rent this unit again.

Kind Host

My family and I stayed in this property for 4 nights. We are a family of 5 (Mom, Dad, son 30 and daughters 19 and 16). My family and I were excited to stay at Villa la Estancia in Puerto Vallarta after an amazing stay in Cabo at the sister property with a very royal treatment. Sadly, PVR (or Riviera Nayarit) paled in comparison to Cabo in terms of service and hospitality. There was a smarty pants doorman who questioned why I didnt want him to store my milk while I awaited room availability. There was also the La Parilla restaurant staff who seemed to go out of their way for others and for whatever reason never us although we were great tippers. When we got to our room, it was indeed beautiful and spacious still, there was dust on ceiling fans which were largely inoperable. There was a TV remote in the main room that never worked and we ended up using a remote from the other bedrooms. Secondary bedrooms had minimal airflow and when staff came to address they ended up saying, "It is what it is." Overall, beds were comfy and we got great sleep. Housekeepers came every other day but our linens were stained and towels had hairs that were not ours. Pool and grounds were great. Beach staff, also great. All in all, we won't be back perhaps Cabo but Carribean seems to be better equipped for all nationalities and races. Also, don't book too soon as we overpaid by at least $1,000 which Caroline was kind enough to give a $100 credit and subsequently $200 for issues encountered.

Fantastic stay!

This unit has a really great location within the resort. It's on the side of the resort that gets all of the afternoon sun and it's high enough that you get unencumbered views of the water and sunset. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning with coffee and watching the dolphins swim by. The furniture inside is very nice and comfortable. I'm not sure that it's as large square footage-wise as a lot of the listings say these units are but it is big and more than enough space! The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The kitchen is large with a big breakfast bar and has everything you need to cook. The unit is also very clean and has nice finishes and I appreciated that. We've stayed a Estancia in Cabo and it was great! This was no different. This resort checks a lot of boxes! Especially if you are travelling with kids. It's safe and located in front of a nice beach. It has a great Kids Club next door that's FREE. Estancia is also the quieter, less crowded resort compared to the sister resort next door. Since we had a 5 year old that we had to get to bed each night I appreciated that we didn't have the loud noise each night that the neighboring property does. Estancia is definitely nicer than the Flamingos next door (especially when it comes to the rooms and finishes) but you're welcome to go next door if you want a livelier atmosphere or nightly party. We loved the swim up bar at Estancia and the service all around is GREAT. Service can sometimes be slow, especially at check in or with the pool side service and we had to ask for assistance with the wifi a few times and the phones and never received help with either... but that's just Mexico. Nothing is rushed and nothing is perfect. You just have to roll with it. But overall the staff really aims to please and it's always service with a smile. There are lots of dining options on site but it's also an easy walk or taxi ride to cool restaurants nearby.

Great condo in a beautiful location

This was my first time staying in Bucerias. We had a range of ages and this place was able to accommodate everyone. A beautiful pool, easy access to the ocean, a kitchen, on site restaurant. Bucerias was an easy 20 min walk and has tons of great restaurants and shops. I rented a bicycle from Bicibucerias and did some fun rides in Valle Banderas and along the coast. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Views and Wonderful Vacation!

We loved our stay at the Villa Estancia and this 6th floor room. The views were spectacular and the room was much more spacious then the pictures represent. It was also nice having a private balcony. Perfect for a couples getaway. This is our third time staying at this resort and we were married there about three years ago, so we know the rooms & resport well and we are pretty particular. And we loved it. We don't ever use the kitchen or family room, so when we go without our large family this is the perfect room!! It was very well equipped with everything you need and did include a coffee maker. I always try to read reviews and look at pictures to make sure the room has a great view, because I love sitting on the balcony having coffee in the mornings. It's my quiet escape. The views were amazing and perfect. It is also has a great location and corner room. Close to the elevator, so easy for pool and lobby access. We love that. The owners were excellent to communicate with and very responsive and helpful. They also are very clear in the listing about the room, which I absolutely appreciate and trust. It was noted that there is no WIFI in the room and that is correct. It also didn't work to plug into the router. So, if you absolutely need WIFI for work purposes this could be an issue. However, I would say this has always been an issue at any resort I have stayed at in MX and the WIFI is a little better in the lobby. Hopefully you go to this resort for vacation and not to work! :) I would highly recommend this condo for your vacation and will definitely plan on staying here in the future! The resort was wonderful. The room was listed as a studio, but is really just a hotel room with separate bath. It was listed a sleeping 4 but has just 1 king bed and 2 small chairs, so someone would have to sleep on the floor! Some other clarifications - there is not a microwave or ice maker, or washing machine/ dryer and no dining area. Patio has 2 lounge chairs on a small balcony. Sunset view was remarkable though.
