Este dúplex de 4800 pies cuadrados tiene 9 habitaciones (5 y 4) con dos baños completos en cada unidad. NOTA: Cada unidad tiene 2400 pies cuadrados. ¿Necesitas más habitaciones? Perfect for a family gathering!

This VRBO, was lovely. It was clean and there is a coffee pot/single pod machine, which was great as it only listed a coffee pot in the amenities. The beds were comfortable. There are fans in the closets, A/C in each room. Blankets if needed. I always bring my own pillow, I would suggest that. The amount of toilet paper could have bent more generous. I would stay here again if the occasion arose.

Great, easy house that’s walkable to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach walk! We thought the living room was even nicer than the pictures with it being airy and two stories. We also appreciated the great table outside and beach chairs. Easy Ubers in to Newport and you can walk to the beach or cliff walk from the house! Geno and Lorenzo were great hosts and easy to coordinate with!

Perfect Newport/Middletown Location

Loved this location! The house was the perfect size for our group of 6, had a well stocked kitchen, was clean and spacious, plus the location could not be beat. Very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend choosing this fantastic property for your stay in the Newport area!

Perfect Location, Great intro to Newport

We spent two weeks at Grant’s fabulous home. The house is great. Plenty of room for all of us. The back deck with the outdoor table was perfect for breakfast and several dinners just hanging out and watching the sun set. The location is great. We enjoyed walking to Easton’s beach (first beach) and it was an easy five minute bike ride to second beach. The neighborhood is also lovely to walk around and everyone is super friendly. We would definitely come back again.

Newport Wedding Weekend

Awesome property! Perfect for our group of 8, attending a Newport Wedding. Loved the open floor plan and 4 spacious bedrooms, and decks. Great location, short walk to the beach, a few restaurants, liquor store and a great Italian deli! Great host, highly recommend!

Aunts Bachelorette Party- Perfect weekend

We were thrilled with location, accommodations, parking, checkin, cleanliness, spaciousness- indoor and outdoor. Definitely would recommend to any group looking for accommodations near Newport. We could see the Cliffwalk access point from the deck. And walked down to the beach easily.

Middletown family gathering

Unit two Beachwalk was a delightful surprise. The house is spacious, well equipped, nicely decorated and very clean. Our host was immediately available for any questions and very friendly.We could ride bikes to some lovely beaches and could walk to the Cliff Walk and into Newport.(more of a hike but an easy car ride) We had a very nice stay.

Wonderful Labor Day weekend!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend! The property was immaculate and Grant was extremely helpful and communicative. We all have a wonderful time and were sad when the trip was over! Would highly recommend this rental!

A wonderful rental!

Big home with plenty of comfortable beds. Everything you need in the kitchen to make nice dinners at home. The location is great. Very close to the beaches and a nice walk to the famous Cliff Walk.

Great place to stay in Newport

Very near Easton's Beach, Cliff Walk, and all of the places in that corner of Newport/Middletown. Clean, nicely furnished, and Grant is a terrific host. Very responsive and accommodating. We were looking for a place where we could walk to the beach and this place sure fits the bill. Was perfect for us as we also wanted to be able to keep mostly to ourselves during this pandemic. We brought our own food and were able to go to the beach, walk the Cliffwalk and the surrounding beautiful neighborhoods and still stay safe. A couple of things to note about this property: the AC is not central: it's wall units. They make more noise than central air, but they kept the unit cool. Also, two of the bedrooms are connected, with no door between them. Fine for a family unit or if (like us), we had more than enough room without using all of the beds. But if you are all separate couples, keep that in mind. Finally, there is one full bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs; the Master bedroom does not have a separate bath. It does however have a private deck and lounge chairs! I want to come back when things are more normal and we can walk around in Newport again without worrying about COVID.

Wonderful property located close to all

Beach Walk 2 was located in a convenient location, a minutes walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. The bedrooms are huge, allowing ample space for all guests. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking essentials. We had a minor issue upon check in, but Grant promptly replied and corrected the situation immediately. He was lovely to work with and communication was seamless.

Not the ideal vacation

Someone should of made us aware of that foul smell around the beach which is walking distance to your home. That is the only reason why we booked your home so we could all walk to the beach. Not one person in out party of 10 would even go near that beach as it just grossed us out. Also the bed on the bedroom as soon as you walk in needs to be replaced. Everytime the other couple moved it made such a loud noise

Perfect location

We have spent a lot of time in the Newport and Middletown area and this is the perfect location. The property is in great condition and couldn't ask for more. Close to the beach; close to restaurants and bars; would definitely stay here again. Owner is extremely responsive and helpful.

Perfect location

The location was incredible, a short walk to the beach and great restaurants. The house was as advertised, we rented both units and had 17 people stay there ages 5-86. Updated throughout, comfortable beds, and furniture, just like staying at your own home. Everything you would expect to have in your house was there. Would definitely stay there again

We found BeachWalk in the Spring of 2024 and opened it to summer renters who want to vacation by the beach that same summer. We are in love with this property as the previous owners did such an amazing job at keeping it beautiful and we are committed to doing the same.
