Nestled on 1.25 acres of serene, historic Middletown, Rhode Island, and spaciously designed for comfort, the home features three levels of fully air-conditioned living space, adorned with Restoration Hardware finishes and charming decor.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with top-of-the-line SubZero and Wolf appliances, making it perfect for preparing family feasts. Enjoy meals together in the elegant dining area or dine under the stars in the fairy tale-like outdoor space.

Your family will love the incredible vintage game room, complete with a pool table, Chexx hockey, Tornado foosball, rounding out a nostalgic arcade filled with coin-operated treasures.
For music lovers, there’s a record player with a selection of records to set the mood. Two bars—one downstairs and one upstairs—create the perfect ambiance for evening gatherings.

Unwind in the expansive living spaces, featuring comfortable loungers and catch your favorite shows on the impressive 65” and 85” TVs with streaming capabilities.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master suite bath offers heated floors for added comfort, while all bedrooms feature first-quality mattresses and bedding to ensure restful nights.
OUTDOOR GROUNDS
Step outside to enjoy the beautiful grounds, complete with a large swimming pool and BBQ area for sunny afternoons, a fire pit for evening stories and s’mores, and a horseshoe game for friendly competition.

This home is perfectly suited for a maximum of six overnight adults and 4 children 12 or under - accommodating up to ten total guests.

Guest will have access to the entire home and grounds less two locked closets (one closet at the 2nd floor hall and another large closet off the bottom floor arcade.
Enter off of Wapping Road right across from Old Mill Lane - between two granite hitching posts. The driveway is about 200' long and leads you to the parking area.
The back and side of the property-line is demarcated by stone wall.
The field in front of the home is NOT demarcated by a fence at this time - Please take a moment and look in the photo section to see the property-line map.
Please be respectful and DO NOT go on the neighbors’ property.
Our neighbors enjoy the quiet and serene setting that this area of Middletown offers.
We do not allow (under any circumstance) parties, events, or loud and disturbing groups. We must be very strict on this rule.
Our Home is a true upscale and appointed home designed and built for our family to enjoy family moments in a special part of the world. Our neighbors are important to us and assuring that the property is only visited by appreciative and respectful guests is our number 1 priority outside of safety. We take hosting guests very seriously and want to make sure guests have the best experience but must insist that our guests 100% respect the Middletown ordinances and peace and serenity that the area affords. Any over-crowding or violation of house rules and zoning ordinance is strictly enforced very quickly. If this does not sound aligned with the merits of your stay, we kindly ask that you do not book this property. We greatly appreciate your understanding!

I am very fortunate and proud to have grown up on Aquidneck Island. I didn’t know it when I was younger but as I now am able to visit this beautiful place frequently with my family the hook sets deeper every time!
I love to build and design beautiful spaces as a contractor for 25 years and I love quality and thoughtfulness. I was also in the hospitality business for the first third of my career and love making sure our guests are well taken care of.
Other than that it’s all about family and enjoying the little things in life.
