We are a couple who grew up in the NY and NJ metro area, currently living in Rockland County, NY. We travel frequently to the St. Petersburg/ St. Pete Beach area for both business and pleasure. We like to enjoy this property with our grown sons and extended family members and open it up to rentals when we are not there to enjoy it ourselves.
Why they chose this property
We saw this property online for sale and fell in love with it. When we traveled here recently, we met the previous owners and toured the property. There was no question in our minds that we really loved it. We are very excited to enjoy this property ourselves and to share it with our renters.
What makes this property unique
We loved most everything about this place as soon as we saw it...the pool, the plants, the colors and the amount of workmanship that went in to restoring this home while keeping it's charm and character.
