"Este es un apartamento impresionante, bellamente decorado con todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones de lujo. Es como alojarse en un hotel de 5 estrellas con mucho espacio. This was a beautiful unit in a great location. The communication was excellent - they sent plenty of information right from the start and the few questions we had were answered quickly. Highly recommend and would rent again.

We traveled with two sets of parents and three teenagers. It as an inviting space with lots of room and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the pool table and playing cards at the dining room table. The kids enjoyed the sand volleyball courts and the lazy river. The Keurig inside the refrigerator door was pretty cool. It was mostly very clean, but as I was unpacking in the master bath, I discovered a nail clipping on the bathroom counter and hair around the toilet. And there were only two bath towels in the bathroom…no washcloths or bath mat. Fortunately, we discovered a closet full of linens so that wasn’t a problem for too long.

Furnace was not working had to have it serviced while there…they were very quick in getting us up and running as we stayed while Florida got SNOW!!!! When they list the start up supplies pay attention! We had to make a trip out to pick up extra supplies! (Bring salt and pepper too). The condo was comfortable and spacious even with our party of 8 people! Easy to get all the attractions! I would definitely stay in this area again!

Shops were over a mile away, gym and pool open after 9 AM.Kitchen could use more cooking tools, no grill.Maid service left bathroom towels stored wet, turned sour and needed to rewash.The unit itself was fantastic and in good repair.Clean and quiet.

We loved our stay at this condo! The place was very clean, comfortable beds, and located very close to the parks. Shopping is also very close with Target, Walmart, and Publix within minutes. We will stay here again!

No. The kitchen was sparsely furnished and items placed too high to reach.Two ceiling fans did not work but were being repaired after I notified management.Loose towel bar in master bath.Very weak water pressure everywhere except master bath shower . Iced make stopped producing ice for 2 days.Beds and furniture were very comfortable.I would recommend providing af least 2 of all thd osier products snd laundry, dishwasher supplies, as well as salt and pepper.

Upon check-in, we thought the property looked fine. However, when we went to go to sleep the first evening, we discovered the beds were not cleaned and there was hair and crumbs in 4/5 beds. We called the nighttime emergency line, which makes it very hard to get into touch with anyone unless it’s an emergency as it was 11pm. We had to share the one clean bed that evening as it was so late. The cleaner came the next day and tried to make the beds with the cheapest sheets straight of the box— and I highlight that as they were paper thin polyester sheets from Walmart and this is advertised as a luxury property. When we asked her to clean them first, along with the duvet, she was frustrated and said “that will take me all day.” She ended up only making 3 of the 4 dirty beds, and left one completely unmade. It took over 48 hours to get this resolved and it wasn’t ever fully resolved as we never heard back about the 4th bed, so our guests had to share a room. Overall, we are reasonable travelers but having a clean bed is the bare minimum for a rental property, let alone a luxury penthouse rental property. It’s been 12 days and we still have not heard back from management on a path forward. Overall, we will not be returning or renting from iTrip ever again.

Nice place close to parks

The home is in a great location. It is very spacious and is great for family gatherings. It was nice to have two king suites with their own bathroom. The other two rooms were also very nice. Parking was close and no problems.

Great landing spot while visiting Universal Studies

Our family came to Orlando for a quick trip to visit Universal Studies. The property was a great fit for us with lots of sleeping space and places to relax. The property was very accessible and spotless. We had a wonderful stay!!
