The house was clean and overall very nice but if you are staying please bring extra toilet paper, bath towels, and kitchen measuring cups.

I booked this stay to house myself and my 6 friends for my 43rd birthday wknd. It was 7 of us. The home was clean, great location, and parking was great compared to other vacation homes meaning it was like a parking lot and not just a driveway which is limited to only 2 vehicles which worked out great for us as we had 3 vehicles. Close to Disney and not super long drive from downtown Orlando.

We stayed here for 10 nights as a family of 6. Overall everything was great. We discovered that the dryer wasn’t working after we had already done wash and had a bunch of wet clothes but they were able to send someone over within an hour or so to fix it. The place was very clean and nice but the broken blinds in several of the rooms kinda detract from how nice it is.

Nice property. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom need to be replaced the springs were felt on my body when sitting and laying down. More attention to detail when cleaning . Blinds were falling off when opened.

Great location and plenty of room!

Great location and plenty of room for our family. We had everything we needed and enjoyed both the private plunge pool as well as the community pool and lazy river. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place

Overall the place was nice and just like the pictures posted. The check in process was nice and easy. It was very quiet the first few nights, but very loud neighbors the last couple of nights. Very minimal kitchen supplies. There is a tack strip going into the upstairs hallway bathroom that needs to be fixed, my little boy cut his foot on it. The gate pass does not work but the guards will let you in. We would choose this property again.

As listed

Everything was as listed, absolutely no surprises. Very clean and in a nice neighborhood. As compared to other rentals we've stayed in, we would describe this as a bare bones rental. No extra towels, blankets, pillows, tp, seasonings, minimal cookware....all of which was known ahead of time by the listing and reviews. That being said, we would rather have a well kept place than a lot of extras! We would recommend this rental to others and would come back ourselves! The community pool was fantastic!

Business trip Orlando convention center

We had a great trip. House was perfect. Pool was great. Traffic in Orlando is horrendous so a 6mi trip takes 30min so plan accordingly. Neighborhood quiet and gated so that was nice. Overall would stay here again with kids or grandkids if staying in central Florida for vacation

Great Location

We had a soccer tournament in Sanford over a long weekend and this property was in an ideal location to go to those games and still be near the parks, restaurants amd other attractions.

Excellent stay!

Everything was as listed/shown in the photographs. Super clean. New, wonderful property. If we make it back, we would absolutely stay here again. (Tip- make sure you have your gate code ready to share with Uber/lyft for them to enter the development)

Newer and clean house, great location

The house is new, clean and the pool is great. It has everything you need and the location is very good ( 10 min from Disney World ).
