Esta es mi casa de playa / surf, ¡y estoy emocionado de compartirla contigo!

Very clean. Well appointed. Near the beach and was a quick walk with easy access. The surprise we had was there is a beach wagon a couple of chairs, beach umbrella, and beach toys for kids. Would certainly start here again!

Spring Getaway

Our stay at Basecamp was most enjoyable with it being a very relaxing space. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and plenty big for our needs, it was nicely appointed with some extras to make it feel more like home, the location was very convenient to all of our primary activities, the owners were responsive and very friendly and we spent a lot of time at the table on the outdoor patio with it being a very serene place to spend our evenings. Basecamp was a wonderful fit for my family and I. Thanks so much, Brandon and Morgan, for making our Cocoa Beach vacation so positively memorable.

Spring Break on Cocoa Beach

The sun, sand, and surf were awesome and the Vrbo was amazing! The beach was 2 blocks away. The host was quick to respond with answers to our questions. It was great to relax and re-energize. Thank you!

Another Great Cocoa Beach Stay

This was our second time staying at Brandon’s place. It is a great location, in a nice neighborhood, just a couple minute walk to the beach. Brandon is a great host, who wants his guests to have the best experience possible..We loved walking on the beautiful beach every day, hitting many of the local bars and restaurants for happy hour and dinner, and also just chilling and grilling in the spacious back yard. Thanks, Brandon for another great February in Cocoa Beach!

Great house in nice neighborhood

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in March. The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the large outdoor patio and private back yard. It is a short walk to the beach. I would stay again.

Great place to stay close to many attractions, restaurants, beach.

Great place, wonderful location with large outside patio and fenced yard. Furnished well, super easy check in instructions. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable VRBO

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. As others have mentioned, the location is great with easy access to the beach, restaurants, groceries, and activities in very close proximity. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked nicely. I would stay here again.

to the beach... for baseball!

Our stay was pleasant. We were in town for a baseball event at the Spacecoast complex, which was approximately 30 minutes from the house. The proximity to the beach allowed fun family time while not at the ballfield. The property was clean and well kept, with the exception of inside the refrigerator and inside the kitchen drawers (which could have both used a good wipe-out.) The irrigation system was activated at least 3 times during the week which may have contributed to the swarm of mosquitoes hanging outside... bring your bug repellent if you want to be outside! Minor complaints: there seemed to be a never-ending occurrence of fruit flies in the master bathroom; they were more annoying than burdensome. The master bath shower curtain was difficult to maneuver with the hook-type hangers but we left it slightly ajar since the shower was a very slow trickle and there was no concern for water getting out. Lastly, I would recommend adding wall hooks in all the bedrooms to allow for bath towels to have a location to dry. Note that these comments are intended to provide the owner with feedback for improvement. I would 100% recommend this property.

Perfect Vacation Stay

Check in was good, we had a little difficulty with the door code, but it was quickly taken care of with a phone call. House was clean and in a great location for our needs. Easy access to beach, tourist attractions, restaurants. The patio was perfect, back yard was very large. I highly recommend staying at this VRBO location.

Perfect location for a quick getaway

When we arrived, we found the home clean and neat. It had everything we would expect in a home. The location is only 2 blocks from the beach, and centrally located to all local attractions.

Perfect Location

We stayed at this property for 4 nights before a cruise and we couldn't have asked for better. Everything was as expected if not better. You can easily walk to the beach, down to the pier, and to restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Great place, fantastic location!

The house was nice and clean with plenty of room for the five of us, including a big backyard. Communication/access could not have been smoother. Location a short walk to the beach was incredible and it was great to have the wagon to haul everything back and forth. Would definitely stay here again if/when we come back to the Cocoa Beach area.

Doesn't get better than this place!

This home far exceeded our greatest expectations! I am telling you, you will not find a cleaner, cozier home that has everything you need....even beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella. So close to the beach and the check in process was so easy. Communication with Brandon was effortless! We would definitely stay here again if ever in Cocoa Beach again. Highly recommend!

Relaxing place to spend the week

Great property, 3 blocks from the beach and close to everything. Nice outdoor patio space. The property was very clean and very comfortable. Communication with the property manager was almost instantaneous. We'd definitely stay there again and I can certainly recommend it.

Recently I bought this house for my friends and I to call 'Basecamp' when we're in the area surfing and working (photography/media/travel). We are from all over the world, but Cocoa Beach is one of our favorite places to rendezvous.

I've worked hard to make this happen and take great pride in providing a clean house with updated furnishings with modern touches. To me, travel accommodations are not just a place to sleep but a place you enjoy coming back to after a day of exploring.
