This is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 full bath 1010 square foot condo. Upstairs condo

Includes full-size washer and dryer and fully outfitted kitchen. TVs, Roku & internet. With the living room sleeper sofa, this home comfortably sleeps six.

All expenses are included in the full service lease.

You’ll find bedding, sheets, blankets, towels for bed & bath. Dinnerware & cookware provided. Just bring your suitcase and groceries. We do our best to provide everything else.

Since most of our residents stay 3 months or longer, we book 60+ day reservations anytime but we book shorter stays only 30 days in advance. Thanks for understanding.

Great Experience

The Unit was nice and clean and provided everything to meet our needs. It was conveniently located to CNU where we were attending our son's graduation. The customer service provided by the property owner was exceptional! His patience and quick responses to our questions and needs helped to make our graduation celebration and stay a fabulous experience. We would highly recommend a stay at this unit.

Great service

Everything went smooth upon arrival. We had a few complaints about the couch and carpet when we arrived and they quickly accommodated with a new couch and carpet cleaning. We asked to extend short notice and the owner was very helpful to make it work and even offer a discount for the extended stay. Even with the minor cleanliness items, I would highly recommend this place based on service provided. Close to restaurants and many other commodities. Very friendly staff.

Clean, comfortable accommodations. Watching TV in the living room is a bit awkward with the wall mount TV placement, but otherwise had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would consider staying here again on future visits to the area.

Home away from home

The condo was extremely clean and very spacious. 4-6 people could easily stay here comfortably. The kitchen has all the basic supplies to be able to cook dinner if you decide to stay in. Full size washer and dryer so you can do your laundry there. All the neighbors were very nice and quiet. Your just minutes away from tons of restaurants and shopping centers. The owner and property manager were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all questions I had. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area again. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful Get Away

the property could have been a little cleaner, get rid of the cobwebs, by the lights and stairways, but other than that everything was great!! I would definitely stay there again.

First trip with family to Williamsburg area

The property was great for our needs. It was clean, easy to get to and near all the sites we wanted to see (Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country USA and Jamestown Beach). Parking was always available and the TV and internet set up was great. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends.

Long-term stay

We stayed here for two months during our transition of moving from NC to VA. Our stay was very comfortable, and yes the decor is a little out of date but the condo had everything we needed to feel at home while we waited to close on our house. And the best part about it is it's pet-friendly! We enjoyed walking on the fitness trail next door on a daily basis. Lynn was always easy to get ahold of and work with. It was the ideal place to stay during our two months, having a kitchen and washer & dryer in our unit made life easy. The only critique was we were moved into an identical unit of the one we originally booked and the other unit was listed at a lower rate, which was not honored. That being said, Lynn was considerate and gave us first dibs at a favorable rate on any other available dates should we have needed to extend our stay. We had a great experience at this condo and highly recommend staying at any of Lynn's units!

Worn-out but every thing we needed

The furnishings were worn out and the cloths dryer didn't work, and the cooking pans didn't have any non stick coating left. The landlord replaced the pans and knives when I noted it. It did have fast internet and it met our needs.
