Do not stay here if you're not a big fan of loud music from the inconsiderate neighbors across the street! I actually called non-emergency. After the fact, they came over beating on the front door cursing and threatening me and my family. This happened at the 10pm hour. The host seems to think quiet hours start at 11pm. I checked the local ordinance. And they are in fact 10pm-7am. I caught heat from the host for not contacting them 1st. I had a similar problem a few nights prior to this and I did contact the host about the noise. It was about the loud music again! And it was well past 11pm. Nothing was done about it the 1st time. Moving on, make sure you bring your own kitchen trash bags and dishwasher pods. They provide courtesy ones upon check-in. And they expect you to replace these items by check-out! Ridiculous for the amount of spent for this vacation rental. I also ended up washing several pots & pans as they were filthy. And we found hidden trash and open liquor. The appliances are very outdated. For the price paid, you would expect them to be up to date. The heating element on the dishwasher does not work. And the dishes came out not very clean. Old refrigerator. The man door leading into the garage is very loud when opening it's like listening to finger nails over a chalk board. The washer & dryer out there are also outdated and musty smelling front loaders. The beds could use mattress pads. Queen mattress is old and sinks down. Overall, a mediocre experience.
