Nouveau sur Colony Reef Club !! Superbe condo avec vue sur la mer et la piscine au rez-de-chaussée 1112

Ce condo au rez-de-chaussée est à quelques pas de la piscine extérieure, du spa, de notre nouvelle aire de jeux et de la pataugeoire. Vous pouvez vous asseoir sur le grand patio et admirer la vue sur la magnifique cour paysagée. La promenade qui mène à la plage se trouve à quelques minutes de marche et vous permettra de vous détendre et de profiter de la beauté de l’océan Atlantique. Ce condo de trois chambres a un lit king dans la chambre principale avec un bain à remous connecté, deux lits doubles dans la deuxième chambre et deux lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre plus petite appelée "le nid du corbeau". Le canapé du salon se détache dans un canapé-lit, ce qui en fait un appartement idéal pour deux couples et leurs enfants.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour savourer tous vos plats préférés de la maison et la table de la salle à manger peut accueillir six personnes. Vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner? Pourquoi ne pas griller? Le gril électrique se trouve juste devant votre terrasse et dispose d'une table pouvant accueillir six personnes. Envie de sortir? Pas besoin de conduire il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité avec de la musique live et une excellente cuisine à offrir à toute la famille!

Perfect weekend getaway!

Some friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was so perfect. The price, the amenities, and the proximity to the beach and downtown St. Augustine is great. Would absolutely recommend staying here. My friends and I are already making plans to go stay again next summer.

Condo stay

Used we utilize condo just for overnight stay we own a home in Saint Augustine. Overall, it was a nice spot however there was a leak in the wall during a lot of rain that occurred and the bathrooms were not ventilated properly. Also minimal amounts of towels available.

Everything was great mostly but I will say the unit could have been CLEANER when we arrived. Trash can was dirty behind it and had food and drink splashes on the inside of lid. The walls either need to be wiped cleaned or repainted. Coffee pot was dirty when we got there. Also went to wash some towels and there was a few towels that had been left in the washing machine.

Great Beach Vacation!

St Augustine/ Butler Beach Vacation 2021

We rented this condo due to it being able to house 10 people and it was in a great area. When we first arrived we were in shock at how small it really was. The pictures online make it seem bigger. The only real negative thing about the condo was not enough linens. It houses 10 people and there were only enough towels for 6 people. Just a word of advice, bring extra bath towels and wash clothes. Other than that issue we loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Tuesday morning I called it in ... your guy showed up, agreed it needed repaired/replaced ... then left - I never heard from him again ... so we were stuck (5 people) in the condo with no microwave for the rest of the stay. Communication needs work.

The Maintenance Tech reported to us the microwave was still in working order, but yes it was recommended for replacement due to the random beeping and error code. The owner ordered a new microwave but unfortunately the earliest delivery and install was the business day after your departure. I know you are a long time guest of Colony Reef so I apologize for the lack of communication and when you plan to book again please call us directly and ask for Natalie and I'll make sure you get a discount for this years troubles. Will Be Back!

The property is perfect for gathering with several families and we appreciate the freedom to do so. Our unit provided all that we needed, but for 1 thing: extra sheets. There were many extra pillows in the closets, but no pillowcases. Our son opted to sleep on the pull-out couch, but there were not extra sheets to be found. We made it work with blankets we had and found. Otherwise, fantastic stay. I have booked Colony Reef for next year already!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll start off on a positive note. The complex Colony Reef Club is a beautiful well maintained property. The grounds are taken care of and the pools/hot tub were sparkling clean every day! The office personnel are friendly and respond immediately by phone or email to any questions you have. When we arrived our washer was not working properly within 3 days the owner replaced it with a brand new one. The condo's are good size and many are beautifully updated. Ours has had a updated kitchen, plenty of cookware/dishes and small appliances. While it was clean on the surface my expectations run a little higher. The floors under the beds, tops of picture frames, and fan blades were dusty. Even the walls in the bedrooms had a layer of dust you could see with your eyes. Glad I brought my dry swiffer. The furnishings are adequate but the mattresses all could be replaced. You feel like you are sinking in the middle or rolling down a hill depending on which bed you were sleeping in. The bedroom with the 2 full beds the ceiling fan makes a noise. The bathrooms were clean but could really use an update! The outdoor furniture was badly corroded from the salt air I imagine as well as the outside of the grill ( but it was still useable). With all that said we loved staying here with all the amenities and beach locality. There is so much to do in the St.Augustine area and within a 30 to 60 min drive there are many state parks to visit. We already have our next trip/condo booked here at Colony Reef Club for 2022! See you next winter.

Colony Reef #1112 7/15-22/2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Colony Reef. We travel with a large group of family, normally 45-55 total. The mgmt staff, as always, was very accommodating and friendly. However, I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of our condo this year. Upon arrival, it seemed there was a strong amount of scented cleaner used to cover up the lack of cleaning prior to our arrival. The floors appeared to be swept and mopped, but they were NOT clean as our bare feet the first day showed as if we walked across the state. The dishes and utensils were not properly cleaned from previous use. I get the fact that there is a short time between folks leaving and the next group arriving, but I’d rather get a call asking me to hold off on arrival while the cleaning fee is fulfilled. We had a total of 6 units rented this year and they all could’ve used a little more TLC. In years prior, I have not encountered this. As for unit #1112, the location was great. The tv in the master bed room would not change from HDMI3, so we were unable to watch tv in that room. We all were disappointed the cost will be increasing for next year, most by more than $1000. I certainly don’t mind paying quality prices, but would expect the same in the quality of the room. The kitchen utensils need upgrading. If I had not sharpened the knives my self, there would not have been any knives capable of cutting. It was a struggle to cook with the provided pots and pans. I would recommend going through what all is there and getting rid of several items and upgrading. Also, a new coffee maker would be great. We enjoy Colony Reef and will be returning again next year!

Great family getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. It was so convenient to the pool, play field and ocean. Love Colony Reef

Summer beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our time at Colony Reef was a lot of fun. The unit was spacious The entry way floor was dirty as evidenced by the appearance of my granddaughter's knees and legs when she crawled along the floor. Everything else was clean. I would recommend this unit for rental. This was the first time we had a first floor rental which was nice for our grandchildren to go outside.

Decent place - bad information

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We received an email that there would be construction during our stay.i called & inquired about the pools & was told nothing was happening with those. We arrived and was told the indoor pool would be down for painting. Had we been given this info when we inquired a month prior we would have changed location. We were told security could assist if we had questions as we were arriving late.Upon arrival we found out Security left at 11:00pm.

Relaxing, fun family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the initial booking to the last day of our stay the Management Team was very professional.The day of check in they called me to say our room was ready for early check in.The room was nice and clean and big enough for our group. On day 3 of our stay we had some plumbing issues. I called the after hours # at 7:30pm and they had a technician at our room within the hour. Unfortunately it was not a quick fix so they got us a different room. It took us about an hour to pack up and move to the 2nd story room from the 1st floor. Thank goodness for the elevator and the moving carts supplied to us. The Maintenance Tech was very polite and apologetic. I contacted the office the next morning and they were very apologetic as well, they compensated me for the disruption. The pool and spa were clean. The access gate to the beach had some technical difficulties but nothing major.Overall, I would recommend this resort to friends and family.
