Our apartment not only provides the largest living space in the block but also features large floor to ceiling north facing window to provide you with beautiful early morning sun to enjoy the lush tropical gardens that surround the large outdoor deck.
We provide two large bedrooms both featuring floor to ceiling built in wardrobes, ceiling fans and brand new luxurious Burba carpet for your comfort. Bed 1: Queen size bed, TV, floor to ceiling built in wardrobes, ceiling fans. Bed 2: 2 King Single Beds, floor to ceiling built in wardrobes and ceiling fans.
We also provide a fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops and additional kitchen appliances including Espresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and oven and all necessary utensils and cooking equipment. The apartment has a modern main bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There is also an outdoor shower provided at the entry when you return from the beach. The living area features lounge and TV with NETFLIX, KAYO Sports, free Wifi and stacker sliding doors which completely open out to the deck to give the feeling of indoor/outdoor open living and beautiful 6 person seating and established tropical garden for your privacy. Suitable for couples and/or families.
A single electric lock up garage is provided with ample additional on street parking. Port-a-cot, bassinet and high chair available upon request. Linen is provided: Luxury sheets, pillows, towels, Bath mats, Hand towels, Face washers and Beach towels.

This property was amazing. It was exactly as the pictures showed, it was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay again.
Fabulous accommodation with all your needs covered. Location allows for you to put the car away and walk to activities and a huge amount of food options. Host very responsive.

Such a lovely place, easy access. Close to everything within walking distance or a short drive to Tormina or Coffs Harbour.
Well located older style property near to the village in Sawtell. Quiet area within walking distance of most facilities including the beach. Good comfortable beds and all the necessaries in the apartment once they could be found.Property could do with a bit of TLC and pest control though and that would make it an excellent place to stay.
We have stayed here before and would gladly stay again, easy walk to all amenities, apartment is well set out with everything you could need. Te host is amazing, quick to respond to any queries and couldnt be more helpful.
