OCEAN SANDS 5 es una unidad de dos dormitorios totalmente amueblada ubicada en el primer piso. OCEAN SANDS 5 está justo enfrente del Sawtell Surf Club y a la vuelta de la esquina del corazón de Sawtell, donde encontrará el RSL Club, restaurantes y cafeterías galardonados, boutiques, oficinas de correos y más.

C����modamente acomodando hasta cuatro (4) invitados -
Dormitorio principal: cama Queen y ventilador de techo
Segundo dormitorio: dos camas individuales y ventilador de techo

OCEAN SANDS 5 está en una posición idílica a solo un tiro de piedra de la playa. Duerme con el sonido de las olas y el olor del aire del mar. Relájese y descanse en la terraza y escuche el sonido de las olas rompiendo en la orilla.

La sala de estar / comedor de planta abierta garantiza que pasará unas vacaciones cómodamente, y la cocina le proporciona todas sus necesidades de cocina. La lavandería externa compartida con lavadora y secadora le brinda la comodidad del hogar. Se han instalado ventiladores de techo para permitirle pasar unas vacaciones cómodamente en esos días y noches cálidos de Sawtell Summer.

Great Location

Very comfortable clean close to beach and Main Street. Only negative was having to scan my drivers license and Mastercard online ( after I had paid ) I don’t normally do this when booking with stayz ( as I am concerned about security. )

Close to beach

Clean little unit across the road from the beach. Wasn’t a big fancy place but good for what we wanted, a cheap getaway close to the beach. The unit is upstairs (no lifts etc) so if you have mobility issues it may be a problem. Unit is stocked with plenty of games and movies for quiet days. Good coffee at the lifesaving club across the road. And dinners were good at the RSL which is also across the road (all walking distance). Our only issue was the screen door at the entrance which didn’t close properly unless you lifted it.

No problems with the property overall. It was clean and well equipped, but on arrival there was a bad smell in the unit - maybe damp carpet, or something like that. So we basically had to open all doors and windows to ease the issue. I did go and see the people who rent the property, but not sure anything was done - the lady did not write down my name, property address or anything to do with the issue, so I assumed nothing would happen. We booked it for 2 nights, but we were ready to leave next day, but couldn't get into our next accommodation earlier, so had to stay the second day. Overall ok, but smell issue needs to be addressed.

The property is clean and well-maintained with everything a small family needs. It's a prefect hide-away. We are glad we did not choose coffs harbour to stay but this quieter town. The property is right opposite to beach and a walking distance to local bar and restaurants.

The property was not expensive and location was good. However, the TV and controller didn’t work.

In this age a working Television and handset are basic. Neither were good. The unit was very basic but that’s okay if it has a working television. Lack of air conditioning was very noticeable in the humidity and the fans need replacing too.
