The house is situated in a quiet village surrounded by the most beautiful beach in the Costa del Sol area behind a dune overlooking the sea.
On the input side, a parking lot, sea side is the garden.

Various shops and restaurants at 500 m. Large Comercial Center Elviria 1km.
Cosy bungalow, on the outskirts, 8 km from the center of Marbella, in a sunny position, directly by the sea, direct access to the beach, south orientated house.
Private: garden with lawn and flowers, outside shower, garden furniture.
Bus stop 500 m. Golf course 3 km.

Perfect right on the beach

Perfect house for up to four people. Right on the beach with its own gate with easy acess. Smart shower right inside the gate so one could wash of the sand. Magical views from the roof terrace, you can sea the Gibraltar Rock and the Morrocoan mountains on clear days. Yhe house have everything you need for homecooking, but also nearby acess to all the good restaurants in the area. Lovely stay

Als liefhebbers van strand, zee en wind is dit de perfecte locatie.Ook geweldig voor windsurfers/ watersporters, direct vanuit de locatie het strand op en surfen/.

Mein Mann und ich hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem Strandhaus. Check-in und Check-out waren absolut unkompliziert, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr nett. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Sauberkeit könnte noch etwas verbessert werden. Absolutes Highlight ist die Lage direkt am Strand.

Fewo direkt an der Costa del Sol 10km vor Marbella

Eine gute Fewo. Es gibt ein großes Tor, das abschließbar ist. Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Man kann durch das Gartentor durch Gebüsch direkt zum Strand. In der Nähe ist eine Strandbar mit lauter Musik. Während wir da waren (Okt.) nur am Wochenende. An Ausstattung fehlte nichts. Matratzen sind mäßig gut. Es gibt ein separates WC. Kommunikation verlief in deutsch und war problemlos.

Lage Lage Lage

Ein kleines Träumchen mit Ecken und Kanten. Das Haus ist vielleicht ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber genau das gibt ihm seinen enorm wohnlichen Charme. Unschlagbarer Pluspunkt: Das Gartentor zur Düne. Man steht direkt am Strand. Kinder einfach im Sand spielen lassen, oder mal eben zum Essen einen Strandspaziergang Richtung Lido Beach, Sonnenuntergänge am Fels von Gibraltar, alles ganz easy direkt am Haus. Traumhaft. Die Umgebung: ein ruhiges Wohnviertel im Mix von Villen und Ferienhäusern. Geschäfte aller Art wenn auch nicht direkt um die Ecke doch fußläufig erreichbar. Wer das Bekannte auch im Ausland braucht, auch ein Lidl und eine deutsche Biobäckerei sind in direkter Autonähe. Erreichbarkeit: über die A-7 und AP-7 kommt man bequem Richtung Malaga oder Marbella und von da sowieso überall hin. Wir müssen das leider privat weiterempfehlen ;-)

Urlaub im Strandhaus

gemütliches Strandhaus mit Dach Terrasse in perfekter Lage direkt am Meer. Eine coole Strandbar ist gleich nebenan. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles da was man braucht. Nur WLAN gibt es nicht, Sonst alles schick, wir kommen gern wieder.

Tolles Häuschen in perfekter Lage

Die Lage direkt am Strand mit der besten Strandbar direkt neben an sind wirklich etwas ganz besonderes. Bei kleineren Problemen hilft Herr Ruschkowski sofort. Er antwortet und kümmert sich umgehend.

Vielen Dank für 2 erholsame Urlaubswochen! Direkt vom Gartentor ins Meer, jeden Tag Strand- und Badewetter, und das im Oktober!! Das kleine Häuschen ist gemütlich und ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Und von der traumhaften Dachterrasse sag ich mal nix, sonst ist dieser Geheimtip nicht mehr lange geheim! Schönes Strandhaus

Süßes kleines Strandhäuschen mit mega Lage. Konnten es richtig genießen mit dem Meeresrauschen einzuschlafen und am Morgen davon geweckt zu werden. Check-In und -Out lief wie geschmiert und Jürgen war immer für Fragen gut zu erreichen.

Top Lage

Das kleine aber für unsere Familie mit einem Kind völlig ausreichende Haus am Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die anfänglichen Probleme mit der Klimaanlage zum Heizen wurden schnell behoben , die Kommunikation war jederzeit perfekt. Wir werden es wieder buchen.
