Maison familiale récemment rénovée, climatisation centrale, douche extérieure, dans un quartier calme

Merveilleusement charmante maison familiale dans un quartier calme de Narragansett. Courte distance de marche des restaurants et des magasins à proximité et, bien sûr, de la plage de la ville de Narragansett.

La maison dispose de quatre chambres et peut accueillir confortablement neuf personnes. Un lit gigogne supplémentaire est disponible pour dormir un dixième invité. Il y a une allée, un garage et un parking dans la rue selon les besoins. La pelouse est idéale pour les jeux en plein air et les grillades, et une terrasse pour les boissons en soirée entre amis. La douche extérieure aide à laver le sable et le sel de la plage, tout en profitant de l'air frais provenant de la brise de l'océan à proximité.

La maison dispose de la climatisation centrale pour les deux étages et du plancher chauffant dans la véranda, où vous, votre famille et vos amis, pourrez vous détendre après une journée à la plage avec câble et WiFi.

La cuisine en marbre, la cuisinière et les deux fours permettent aux invités inspirés par la cuisine de préparer des repas de toutes les variétés. Si vous préférez vous restaurer, vous avez le choix parmi une variété de restaurants, chacun proposant des spécialités culinaires différentes et des niveaux de formalité différents. Plusieurs ne sont qu'à quelques pas.

Vos amis et votre famille se remémoreront le temps passé à profiter d’une des plus belles villes de bord de mer de la Nouvelle-Angleterre - des vacances à ne pas manquer!

La location comprend deux laissez-passer pour la plage de la ville de Narragansett (les enfants de moins de 12 ans sont gratuits) et l'utilisation d'un équipement de plage dans le casier situé à la plage.

We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan’s house over Christmas. The locations was unmatched - the house is situated in a beautiful neighborhood and we enjoyed many winter afternoon walks. Our local family stayed with us for a few nights and the house comfortably slept 7 of us. The family room was a great place to gather and play with Christmas toys and play games. All in all, a cozy family trip.

The hosts were helpful in providing us with all the information we needed prior to our stay. Their home was clean, stocked with all we needed for a comfortable stay and in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from shops and the water. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was a perfect spot for a gathering of college friends! We all loved the openness of the kitchen and family room. The location was great, too! Things to see and do a short walk away and only a short ride to Newport. The host was also very helpful and responsive to any questions. So glad we chose this house for our fall get together.

Wonderful Place!

We loved this house! Great space for our family vacation. The bedrooms were a good size to accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. Loved the comfy, sunny family room and ample indoor as well as outdoor dining space. Couldn’t ask for a better location - quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants! Would love to stay here again!

Perfect Location in Narragansett

We had a wonderful stay with our family at this beautiful and spacious home for our annual 4th of July vacation. We enjoyed being able to walk to local coffee shops and restaurants through the nice neighborhood. Our grandson loved the toys that were thoughtfully provided. We highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

The home was perfect for our group of 9. Everyone slept comfortably and had plenty of space around the house. Hosts were very accommodating and had a great response time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice home to stay with friends or family in Narragansett!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Loved the sunroom and gorgeous outdoor space. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice. Kitchen was set up nicely with a large island and the hosts provided every type of pot, pan, etc. you could possibly need.The garage was perfect for storing bikes when not in use or on the bike rake.Beaches are close by, but you'll need to drive a short distance, or you could bike. The free beach passes are a nice perk!

Family Thanksgiving

My family all converged from Camden Maine, Hartford and Brooklyn. I the renter had my 4 grandchildren, 2 sons and their wives. We were able to meet and share our holiday in this most comfortable, roomy and attractive house. We chose Narragansett to be near the ocean and found it to be a beautiful area of RI. We were able to have our traditional Thanksgiving ocean plunge at a stunning beach only a mile away. And we discovered other water beaches to explore that were excellent for winter walks.

Bright place to bring a group together

This bright Rhode Island spot was the perfect place for a group of old friends to come together. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the double dining room and equipped kitchen allowed us to make big breakfasts and dinners and enjoy them together. Our nights were spent playing games in the sun room. We went to Tsunama only one mile away for dinner and that was a fantastic spot. Jonathan was a perfect host and answered all my messages promptly and clearly. Even in the winter, Sue Casa was a hit!! I would highly recommend this spot.

Lovely home for a beach stay

The house is more spacious than the pictures show. There are different dining and lounging spaces downstairs, not to mention the chairs on the deck and table with grill in the yard. The upstairs was spatious for 5 grown adults across three bedrooms and no issue sharing bathrooms. The house is a 10-15 min walk to the beach with chairs and a surfboard, but it is a longer walk if you want to be right on the beach. Otherwise the neighborhood is lovely, walking distance to a number of restaurants and not a lot of traffic and good for dog walks and fetch in the side yard. Recommend this house and would stay again! Thank you!

Great house for a family!

We took a small family vacation for 5 days and stayed at this beautiful property. Jonathan is nothing short of amazing and his response time in answering questions, etc., was impeccable. Everything is labeled and there is even a binder with EVERYTHING you need to know about the house!! So easy! There was a very small issue with the AC - because Jonathan is such a great host, he came to the property (a 2 hour drive from his own house) that same day and had everything fixed! The house was clean and it fit the 10 of us, 8 adults and 2 children, more than perfectly! We grilled in the backyard and ate dinner on the patio. The outdoor shower was awesome!!! I usually don’t use the outdoor showers, but found myself taking a shower everyday in the outdoor one!! If you have small children and plan to do the beach- you may want to consider doing a shuttle system to and from the beach, as the walk is about 20-30 min. It is a nice walk though! We can’t say enough great things about this property! My 4 yr old is crying because she wants to go back!!! Do yourself a favor and book this house!! You will not be disappointed!

Good Location

Very nice and welcoming home. Short distance to the beach and some good local restaurants. Nice outdoor space with plenty of things for the kids to play with. Everything you need to stay in and cook a meal or order in and relax.
