Good Stay in Estacada

I appreciated the quiet, clean, as-promised situation. The back alley approach was a bit of a mess with potholes and mud, but it rained constantly, too. The owner probably is not responsible for the overall condition of that alley. Inside there is no washer/dryer provided, but that was understood….it might be a mind-changer for others when booking. Thank you for the comfort for my visit.

Very clean and cool inside . The outside around the home was an eyesore . Lots of junk everywhere when we drove up , not appealing at all . But the e inside was clean and nice .

Made Our Own Meals

We had a very nice time in Estacada. The unit was clean and easy to get into. We very enjoyed having the stove top, oven, microwave and refrigerator. We had purchased groceries and made several meals. Our property manager was responsive to my questions. When I let her know that there were not casserole or baking dishes in the unit, she brought some over. The shower was good, and the toiletries wete appreciated. We had a very nice stay.

Perfect fit for us

We needed to stay in Estacada for an extended period of time while we dealt with my brother’s house. This rental was clean, easy to access and suited our needs perfectly.

Perfect lodging

Everything was great! The property was super clean, had everything we needed, kitchen was well equipped, wonderful selection of games and books, digital keyed entry was so convenient! Couldn't ask for more! Oh and the bed was the most comfortable bed ever! Convenient location. Only con is the local grocery shopping is expensive.

Nice location

This is a great quiet location. It is a little too far out if you want activites in Portland but great for MT Hood stuff. The kitchen has minimal stuff so not the best for extensive cooking but enough for the basics. It is within walking of restaurants and shops. It is a short drive to multiple hikes and Barton park. Three things I did not like were 1) the fan in the bathroom is filthy, really dirty. The rest of the place is very clean. I think the cleaning person never looks up in the bathroom 2) we left an afternoon early. I contacted the owner but never heard back. I did not like leaving early without them knowing 3) there is a regular tenant in very close quarters. This was mentioned in the description but was just not private enough for me. You share an entire wall of the space. The tenant was not friendly like we were invading his space. All in all though things were mostly good for the price.

Perfect for the Two of Us

My husband and myself, drove out to Oregon for his nephews wedding, so we were quite busy during our stay. This property was just perfect for us to get some sleep and have some place to wind down after our busy day(s). I snore sometimes so having the couch pull into a bed was very helpful for us. The check in and out proccess was a breeze and we really enjoyed our stay!

Cozy OneBedroom

We stayed in this cozy one bedroom in Estacada for a family wedding. The location was great! There was a really good drive in hamburger restaurant on the corner and a convenience store across the street. A short walk to the cute down town and to my nephews house. The house had two great TVs with tons of programming. We are older, but for hikers and kayakers this is a real find. It is close to everything! We were here for a family wedding. We had family over one evening and it sure beat a hotel room. I can only say it was under priced. Place had been flipped and everything was sparkling clean. The bedding was my pleasure with a comforter of all cotton from IKEA. Get your reservation in while you can before the word gets around about this place.

Just Right

First impressions aren’t great when first driving up to the house, but we were pleasantly pleased with it as a whole. There is lots of room inside for 3, and the place was nice and clean. It’s just a short drive to main street for food and gas, coffee shops and such. Be aware that the nightly rate is very reasonable but once all the fees are added on at the end, the rate jumps, Despite that, I would stay here again.

Nicely furnished one bedroom apartment.

This apartment was very clean, nicely furnished, and updated. The owners took pride in ensuring their guests would have a nice place to stay and would have the necessary items to make it enjoyable. Ed was accessible and responded to my requests quickly and was very accommodating. An AC unit had been planned for the apartment, but it had not been installed yet. Recognizing the temperatures were abnormally warm for the time of year, Ed went out and bought a brand new portable AC unit. It functioned well and cooled the apartment quickly. If he had not done that, it would have been extremely warm and sleep may have been impossible. Thanks Ed. I highly recommend this place if you decide to stay in Estacada. Downtown is a quick walk and Granny’s has a great burger.
