Brought to you by Marshall`s Evergreen Escapes, enjoy this newly renovated historic, spacious manor located in walkable, downtown Sandy. The Sandy ski-bus pick-up is only a few steps from this home which features a chef`s kitchen and an outdoor dining area with hot tub and grill.
Walkable to Sandy`s best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and spa amenities, you have access to a quaint town with rapid access to the best outdoor adventure Mt. Hood Has to offer.

Large, open-concept kitchen, dining, living room space featuring 3 large bedrooms, each with a king bed and additional bunk beds for even more space to rest.

Guests can access entire house except the basement and an attic space.

I am available through the app or over the phone if you have any questions about the space.

Walkable small-town urban setting. Within a 5 minute walk is 2 coffee shops, 2 massage and spa studios, 3 bars, 2 Mexican restaurants, several burger joints, 2 pizzerias, 2 Thai, 2 Chinese... you get the picture :)

There is also ski/snowboard rentals a few doors down.

The house is located in downtown Sandy and walkable to many restaurants, shops and parks.

The host communicated quickly and often. The house was charming and appears to have had extensive renovations. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace, the large dining room table and the breakfast nook. Lots of kitchen equipment the beds were clean comfortable. Just delightful!

We stayed three nights while in town for my daughter’s wedding. The house was around the corner from her house. It is a beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked. The hot tub was amazing. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Marshall for a great experience!

Nieces High School Graduation

We were visiting for my nieces high school Graduation. We needed more space for all the relatives in town. This House laid out very well, it was perfect for two families. Being able to walk to coffee shops and Restaurants was a highlight! We will be back again.

Great accessible master suite

Beautifully renovated house right in downtown Sandy. The master suite is on the first level, and has its own bathroom, with a walk in shower. Note: grab bars would be a nice addition. We brought a 93 year old with us, so this was appreciated! Kitchen and dining area were great for hosting a family crowd as well.

Perfect Location

The perfect location with the perfect accommodations to explore Sandy! We were steelheading the Sandy River and this was the perfection location to launch from each day! Cozy, comfortable, close! What more do you need?

Gorgeous home

Spacious and beautifully renovated home. Well stocked and comfortable. It was great being able to walk to restaurants, food trucks, the park and the Sandy river trail.

Love The Mt Manor

Love this house! It’s a mix of old & new! You’re right in town but it’s just a side street with a few houses in it, but an easy walk to coffee & great food + a really nice park! We had the family join us here as a home base for my son’s wedding as he lives in Sandy OR. So, we had napkins to fold, guest gifts to assemble & what not. The hot tub was amazing, the porches were both great to hang out on & nice outdoor furnishings & grill. Along with lots of room to store & prep food & have a big meal. Plus, lots of room to spread out with the extended family, but with privacy. All the beds were SUPER comfy as were the awesome chairs in the living room & soft comforts like clean nice sheets & clean soft blankets. The neighbors were very friendly & they enjoy chatting with you & sharing their love of the area!! Lots of stuff to do nearby in the summer. Farmers market, head to the many waterfalls, lavender farms or local events or a quick 35/45 min. drive to Portland or up to Mt. Hood!! We would come here again when we have a bunch of folks in town. Very home like feel & the owner Marshall was great to communicate with & a pleasure to work with!! Thanks for sharing your lovely home!!

Relaxing and Homey

The house is big, nice, and cozy. The open layout of the dining, kitchen, and living room is great for family gathering. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking wares and utensils, and well arranged. Some of us got to use the hot tub after skiing in Mt Hood, which was a bonus.

Perfect Home for Family Gathering

Beautifully renovated home in the heart of Sandy. Our family enjoyed two weeks in this lovely home. Beds were very comfortable, tons of space, and perfect layout for large family meals and time together. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee/donuts, and a gorgeous park. Excellent communication with owner, and we loved the welcome sign and gift. We will definitely be back!

Can’t beat Sandy for access to Mt Hood, Columbia Gorge, and Portland. This is an outstanding property, roomy and comfortable.

July 4th 2023 Vacation

Nicely renovated house with character, large rooms comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. Well designed kitchen top notch appliances made it easy to cook. Would prefer a drip coffee maker instead of Keurig or poor over but I’m a coffee snob needing strong coffee. Coffee shop was within walking distance though along with other stores in Sandy. Location was great, easy to get to Mount Hood, etc. Had some difficulty with digital lock but sure owner will fix.

With my background in architecture and architectural engineering, I love to create new spaces within historic vessels, utilizing modern technology without taking away the quality and craftsmanship of the past. Professionally, I am an architectural engineer and renovate homes as a hobby. On my pathway to Eagle Scout I got very excited about hiking and camping and the Sandy and Portland areas cater to these interests of mine easily.

It's hard to find such an intact part of Oregon history. This property offers walkability to small town amenities, has a large, mansion experience with modern technology, and has abundant private outdoor space to gather which is inaudible to the neighbors. I put my heart into renovating this property for two years. I hope you love it as much as I do.

The main level has 9.5' ceilings and enormous pocket doors, which wile open offer 45' of continuous living space. You see the 110 year old Douglas Fir floors and origonal trim, with modern temperature control in every room, blazing fast internet and a big screen TV. Gather on the private back porch or relax in the secluded hot tub without sing another soul if you wish.
