Location was great, affordable, but the beds could definitely use replacing. Also the doors are kind of tricky to unlock the first time.

I was on the ground floor of a 2 story building. Even though the roof was very high and stout and you’d think it would be quiet it was quite the opposite. My neighbors’ tv room was adjacent to my bedroom and blasted their tv so loud they had to shout to each other to be heard. And upstairs kitchen chairs were scraped across the floor and shoes thudded. The person upstairs got home from work? about 3 a.m. and was loud for about an hour. And finally, in the neighboring building there had (understandably) extremely loud all day til midnight during Santa Semana parties with screaming kids. So if you’re seeking peace, solitude, a place to study paint write chill etc I would give it a skip.
