Well located house in Eastham

Wonderful multi-family stay in Eastham. Plenty of places to hang out, comfortable beds and we really enjoyed the game room!

The home was very clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed to cook, and grill outside. Our crew enjoyed the game room and daily walks to the pond, where they enjoyed the small beach and swimming. Plenty of space for our group of 8 adults to spread out.

Beautiful and spacious home! Fun game room in back of house. Indoor and outdoor seating to relax. Short drive to beaches (both bay and ocean). Easy to get around cape from this location- easily visited Provincetown, Chatham, and Harwich from this location. Also easy access to bike path.

We have stayed at several properties on the Cape and this was one of our favorites! The home is in a great location in Eastham, close to beaches, local shops and restaurants, and easy access to Route 6. The host was very responsive with a few questions that we had and the home is very well-appointed and functional. The game room is fantastic and fun, though a window A/C unit would make it exceptional (it was pretty warm the week we visited and there's not a lot of air circulation in the game room). The outdoor area is nicely equipped with a gas grill, dining table and chairs, and plenty of yard for activities. The gardens are gorgeous and were enjoyed while sipping coffee on the comfy front porch. There was plenty of parking for our two cars and convenient access with two driveways on the corner property. The home is very tastefully decorated and is well-organized and clutter-free. Check-in & check-out were a breeze. We highly recommend this home for others looking for a great stay in Eastham!

The perfect Cape house

We are two families who have been vacationing together on the Cape for 13 years, and this was by far our favorite place. Coffee in the a.m. on the screened in porch, easy access to the ocean and bay beaches, cocktails on the front porch, and the kids kept themselves entertained in the game room. It has the most blissful outdoor shower I have ever experienced, and every amenity we could have hoped for. Don't be concerned about the lack of central a/c; the window units do a great job and the wall unit in the living area kept the whole first floor cool.

Really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location! We enjoyed the easy access to the bike path and quick walk to Herring Pond. The house was very clean and a great layout.

Perfect Place in Eastham

Comfortable, clean house. Loaded with various seating options with screen porch, open floor plan. Well equipped in all aspects. Comfortable beds, awesome outdoor shower. Great playroom option.

Exceptional Home Has Everything

Very well equipped home is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty f room for everyone and a great open common area for living, dining and cooking. Excellent location. Highly recommend.

Fabulous location

We had the most wonderful week. The garden is beautiful, the house is a short walk to a lovely sandy lake, the wonderful Cape Cod Rail Trail is down the block, and the local bay beaches are perfect for kids and gorgeous. The grill was great, we all loved the game room, and the outdoor shower and front porch were particularly special. The house was very comfortable and worked well for young families.

Great house!

Exactly as shown ... this spacious, clean, comfortable house has all the comforts, is close to everything, and makes for a perfect family vacation home. The game room was a big hit for everyone (make sure to bring your own darts), and the sun room was perfect for a late afternoon rest after a day at one of the nearby beaches.

Terrific for family

Our family gathered from three different states to spend time together. The house was perfect - plenty of room, very comfortably furnished, and convenient location. Having a well equipped kitchen was a big asset; due to Covid we eat in quite a bit.

Exceptional property, great for large family group

The house is well-equipped, very roomy, comfortable and location is outstanding — easy walk or bike ride to Herring Pond or Great Pond, Superette, Arnold’s, even the bay or ocean beaches. The game room was a big hit with our grandchildren. Downstairs floor plan is one very large area, ideal for cooking meals, but outdoor barbecue area is also wonderful. It just couldn’t have been any more ideal for our large, 3 generation family group.
