Our River View Deluxe apartments feature a large open living room/dining & kitchen which provide views over the pool, the Noosa River and Lagoon at the rear of the resort. These apartments have two separate levels, with full kitchen facilities, a semi – ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom, and a separate laundry and toilet and a private patio and/or balcony.

We have 3 apartments available.

** No "Schoolie/Party" Bookings will be accepted and will be refused on arrival.
** There are no lifts in the complex and some apartments are located on the second level (2 flights of stairs)
** We do not allow pets
** Reception Hours - Mon - Sat - 8.30am to 5.00pm - Closed on Sunday
** Equipment & Tennis Court Hire (additional charges) are only available during reception hours.
** Pool Towels are available to hire from reception.

Our apartments are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, toilet paper and detergents to get you through your first night. Additional supplies may be purchased from local supermarkets.

Perfectly positioned, this Noosa resort oozes relaxation whilst being an easy 15 minute stroll to both Noosa’s Hastings St and Noosaville’s Gympie Terrace.

Situated on the water at Noosa Sound with direct river access and onsite pontoon, this resort is surrounded by parks, tennis court and the local ferry terminal. These waterfront apartments are ideal for singles, couples and families with a range of holiday activities at your finger tips.

Take the Noosa River ferry to explore upriver. Wander Thomas St and Gympie Terrace or further afield to the Noosa Marina. Enjoy a coffee, cool drink, relaxed lunch or alfresco dinner all with stunning river views. For a change of pace head to Hastings St, shop till you drop with a great range of local and well known brands, enjoy alfresco dining in a waterfront restaurant or cocktail in a trendy bar.
