This clean, modern and beautiful condo is located in the heart of Aventura, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully furnished and fully equipped with your basic needs for a comfortable stay It has new porcelain floors, stainless steel appliances, granite, washer and dryer in unit. 1 king bed - 1 queen d - 2 twin beds (Trundle bed) and 1 air mattress, queen size by request, you can accommodate up to 8 guests. The condo is a resort style community, it is walking distance to Aventura Mall, 5 minutes away from the beaches and the famous 3 miles jogging path around the Turn-berry Isle Miami Golf Course and much more. PARKING INCLUDED!

No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are 9pm–8am. Please respect neighbors and community rules.
Please keep all windows and doors closed at all times. Humidity is a big issue in South Florida and can damage the unit.

A wonderful 3 br, 2 ba unit at Aventura Yacht Club

A wonderful month-long stay in this gated community 6-story condo building. Very well-appointed unit/kitchen and laid out 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with balcony which feels and functions larger than its approx 1400 sq ft. The layout allows privacy, which was really nice for being able to work from the unit. Betsy was a responsive host. There's is a nice updated pool and outdoor grill area. The community has a number of repeat renters which says a great deal about how well things are run. We enjoyed Aventura very much - ocean beach access requires a car or a ride as Lehman causeway does not allow pedestrians.

Overall a spacious and clean apartment!

Overall, it was a very clean and spacious apartment. The locations is very nice and safe but not walking distance to shopping and dining but short drive away. Check in and check out was fairly smooth. The stay would have been even better if more basic initial amenities were in the appartment - soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap, etc. Nice tennis courts and pool.

Great stay! Beautiful rental unit. Updates were made since the photos were taking making the unit have even more of a beach feel. Excellent complex that seems to have both a mix of full-time residents as well as renters but was still gracious to travelers. Beautiful pool! Great proximity to both the beach and shopping/dining. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

A wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at the Yacht Club. The condo was very nicely appointed with all the comforts of home. Our kids loved the pool and the little deck over the water that's near the pool. The complex is safe, gated, and the people in the complex were very friendly. Betsy was easily reachable when we had a question. The area is so lovely...beautiful walking trail around the golf course at Turnberry. Close to supermarkets and the Aventura mall.

Nice quiet area with beautiful surroundings. The condo is very nice and spacious, sleeps 5-6 persons without problems. Equipped with what you need. Parking is easy, always plenty of free spaces close to the apartment. Nice pool area and very nice staff in the reception. Close to shopping. Good area for a run in the morning. We, a family of 6, enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this place to others!

The appartment was amazing! It was very big and clean. Perfect location, nice neighborhood, close to everything! The Aventura Mall, the beaches, plenty of shopping, restaurants and supermarkets. Betsy even treated us with a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift. We had everything we needed! Well equipped kitchen, beach towels, gated parking... The washer/dryer was a big plus for us. We enjoyed the pool and BBQ area every day. I recommend this place to everyone! We will definitely come back! :-) Gracias por todo, Betsy!

Amazing Experience

I stayed here with my girlfriend and her family. This place is so cozy. What I appreciated the most was that the owner was so sweet and always willing to help as much as she could. There were bottles of water in the place when we first got there. The apartment was fully equipped, and I never had a need to go to the store and buy something. Thank you Mrs. Buron for this wonderful experience. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. The neighborhood is so beautiful and you are 5 min. away from the beach and the mall.

I was visiting Miami because of a long weekend my child had from school. My husband, 10 years old son and myself stayed in this cozy neighborhood Aventura (most amazing mall near by & a beautiful 3 miles circular golf course). The place is so cozy & convenient. The owner had the place clean & supplied with all the necessities for us. She even had a bottle of red wine for us on first night! I will definitely return to this place. Thank you Ms Buron.
