Must See Over-sized 3BR Condo @ The Ledges - 2 Pools, Sandy Beach, Boat Docks

The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. Our Guests appreciate the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is on the point of the property with a great view of the Lake - also a great location to enjoy the sunset. In addition, there is a sandy beach play and swim area that the kids really enjoy!

While the complex has many units, not all are created equal... This particular condo offers a unique floor plan with a much larger main living area. As you can see in our photos, this condo offers an adequate amount of space whether your group is gathering together for a meal or card game, or lounging around! The deck is also larger than most with a great view overlooking the boat docks and cove out toward the Lake's main channel.

You'll appreciate the condo owners' tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings as you relax and visit in the open living area. Enjoy the Large-Screen HD Cable TV and bring along your laptop or tablets and log onto the Internet at High-Speed with Free Wi-Fi!

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque on the Deck.

The Master Suite has a King-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and a fantastic Lake View. The 2nd Bedroom has two beds - a Queen and a Twin. The 3rd Bedroom offers a Queen sized bed. In addition, the sofa converts to a sleeper in the main living area. Altogether, the condo can comfortably accommodate 9 guests.

Check-In 3:00 PM, Check-Out 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.

BOATERS: Our boat slips are close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge.

LADIES' WEEKENDS: All the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village, the largest Outlet Mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. These stores are jam-packed with famous name brand merchandise at prices that will amaze even the most experienced bargain hunters...25-70% savings. Ask me about special coupons!

GOLFERS: You've surely heard of the awesome courses the Lake area boasts. All of them are just a short drive from the centrally located Ledges Complex. Bring those Clubs!

Worked great for our group!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was well appointed and was close to where a bunch of us were participating in a Bass Tournament. Home was nice and clean and had everything we needed.

Great property and location

We had a great time staying at this property. There were 6 of us total and felt like we had plenty of space. It was a great location and was close to everything. The property itself was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We would stay here again.

Nice vacation

This property had everything that we needed for our larger group. Nice mid-lake location. Boat slip was fairly close to the condo as well. Excellent view from the large deck. Condo was very nice and modern.

Great social distancing vacation

We enjoyed our stay as it allowed us to getaway, social distance and soak up the sun! The property manager was very responsive and the condo was very clean and worked great for our group! The mattress in the master bedroom was the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on... want one for home!!! Take the family and enjoy!

We loved the view and the condo is beautiful!

The property is as listed, and it's more beautiful in person. There were three of us, but it could have easily accommodated more people and was well-equipped. The owner communicates quickly and effectively. The view of the sunset over the Lake is gorgeous! We were there during Bike Week, and even though there were many motorcycles at the complex, it was quiet during sleeping hours, and we felt safe. We would stay here again!

Overall property met our needs. Oven and grill were quite soiled and need deep cleaning. Living room chairs sag and need repair/replacement. Master bath has one missing light bulb and one burned out.

Osage visit

Overall it was a good visit. We loved the view, especially the sunsets. Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty, we cleaned the ones we had to use. The Wi-Fi didn’t work well. When we went to clean the grill after using it, we could not find a grill brush, we found another way to clean it. Also, it would be helpful to know that shampoo, conditioner, and shower soap are not included with the room, so we know to bring our own.

Deceiving

We rented this for our family vacation. We have been coming to the lake for the past 9 years and this was by far the worst place we've stayed. The pictures were deceiving. When we went to use the outside deck it was very dirty. Large spiders, cobwebs everywhere, grill and patio furniture was so dirty we had to clean them before we could use them. When I went to get an extra pillow out of the closet there was blood on it in several places. Our bedding in our bedroom also had stains on them. We had ant issues in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. My daughter was bit over 20 times by ants at night! Wouldn't recommend staying here.

My husband and I took 2 of our adult children their spouse’s and our 3 grandchildren on a trip to the Ozarks. We felt the condo was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. We only used the pool at the point as it had a pretty view of the lake . We also took the grandkids to the beach. We had to get them water shoes because the sand is not smooth! It’s mixed with

We enjoy The Ledges.

The Ledges works well for our family except we are outgrowing it! It is right on the water. Has 2 nice pools and boat dock is available. Jason is always great to work with.

Friends get away

The place is what you see in the pictures, had a great time at the pool watching all the boats go by. We used the grill on the patio but the place could really use a new one it was hard to get it started and needs a cleaning job, The condo had all the basic needs you needed, like paper towel t-paper dish soap and dish washer tabs. The only draw back was all the stairs to get down to the pool or beach definitely not for people with bad knees
