Profitez du laissez-passer pour la plage de l'association privée avec une vue tout simplement magnifique sur le mont. Chocorua. Les installations sur place comprennent un terrain de basket, une grande aire de jeux, un terrain de baseball, un tennis et un accÚs direct en motoneige au couloir 19 !!!

En été, faites une petite promenade ou un vélo sur les routes sablonneuses. La plage est à quelques minutes de la maison si vous aimez marcher ou un trajet encore plus rapide vers le joli parking équipé de porta-pot et de supports à vélos. La plage est tentaculaire avec des tables de pique-nique et des bancs assis donnant sur la vue. L'étang de Moore est un étang alimenté par une source d'eau douce, donc l'eau est toujours claire et la vue sur le mont Chocorua est à couper le souffle !! La zone moins profonde est bouclée pour les petits apprenants et il y a des quais plus loin pour les grands enfants. L'aire de jeux et le terrain de basket se trouvent en face de l'entrée de la plage. AprÚs une journée au soleil, retirez-vous dans la maison pour allumer le gril.

En hiver, profitez de l'Ă©quipement Ă  la maison et conduisez vos traĂźneaux directement sur le rĂ©seau de sentiers principal -Corridor 19 !. Peut-ĂȘtre profiter de la tĂ©lĂ©vision, du cĂąble, du WIFI ou jouer Ă  un jeu, construire un puzzle. Les enfants peuvent profiter des blocs de construction, des jouets, des livres d'images ... ou tout simplement construire un fort de couverture avec les jetĂ©s et les courtepointes supplĂ©mentaires fournis!

Les enfants adoreront cueillir des bleuets sauvages dans les nombreux buissons à faible croissance autour de la propriété.

Winter weekend get away

Perfect place to stay to jump on the snowmobile trails. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable living area.

Our stay went well. We were in the area for my son's wedding, and the location was perfect in regards to the venue. It is in a quiet community with lot of amenities. I would highly recommend staying in this home.

Highly Recommend

We have visited Ski and Beach many times over the years and love that it is quiet and kid-friendly. There is a playground and a beautiful pond (Moore’s Pond) within walking distance. The house was perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing games on the screened-in porch and my grandson was very excited when he saw the toys in the loft! I would recommend this house to anyone who enjoys spending time with family or friends.

Weekend in NH

House was perfect for us, however there really aren’t 4 bedrooms. 2 on the first floor and a very large loft with multiple beds & sizes. This did not matter to us but could be an issue for a larger group using the home. Other than that a perfect location and house!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the house layout and location was perfect for our situation. We did have a couple of issues: the window air conditioner was not attached to the window frame and, when the window was opened, if fell from the 2nd story & shattered - we replaced it but it could have caused serious injuries if someone had been under it. The grate outside the front door was not securely attached and our son actually fell through it badly bruising his leg from ankle to knee. This could have been so much worse - it needs to be secured before the next person falls through.

Nice home, great location

Stayed 4 nights in this home, the house itself and the location are great. Home has plenty of room and everything you need to make meals. Ac downstairs and in the bedrooms. The loft was a big spacious loft with plenty of beds and toys for kids. Really enjoyed the screen porch area which has a ceiling fan and a small t.v, felt great at night with fan on. Nice cabin decor throughout the home. The pond in the area was a short drive and was really nice went there a couple days and had a good time. I did have a few issues during my stay. There was no fire pit, the grill was unusable, and we almost got towed 1 day at the pond because we were not provided with the right guest pass to park. Fire pit was understandable because of work being done on a new garage but not having the grill and almost being towed was disappointing. I did reach out to the host and they were willing to bring us the correct pass the next morning but I had plans for a trip to White Lake which is an amazing place to check out if you never been. I still enjoyed my stay and I would def. come back again to this family friendly retreat. Also upstairs windows could use some shades or curtains it gets really sunny in the morning lol Thanks for letting me stay in your home

Great house!

We rented this house (8/5-8/8) with some friends (3 adults, 3 kids) It was a great setup and awesome location. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had before (and during) the stay. When we were getting settled, we did notice some stains on one of the comforters in the downstairs bedroom and the blankets did not smell clean. Otherwise, the house was very clean. The upstairs AC unit was never put back in after it fell the previous week but with 6 fans, we made it work. Thankfully, the kids didn't mind the heat up there. The path to the ATV trail was super convenient for bike riding and the beach was beautiful as always. We have family with a couple of kayaks who live a few houses down. It was great to enjoy the peacefulness of Moore's pond on their kayaks. On the last afternoon of our stay it was pouring so we enjoyed some of the board games that are provided and my 2 1/2 year loved the loft full of toys! Others mentioned the trash situation, it does make for a stinky ride home, the association/town does not provide trash pickup. Not a game changer for sure! Would definitely rent again!

Great Family Vacation Spot!

My husband, our 8 children, and I stayed at the property for our Summer Vacation and we can't say enough good things about it. The property was clean and had most of the things you need for a lovely vacation. The location was great and the beach at the lake was a very a short drive away and was beyond gorgeous. There was plenty of space for our whole crew. The only thing we didn't love was being responsible for trash removal. 10 people make a lot of trash in a week and it was a stinky drive home and we struggled to get the grill to work well, but otherwise we loved our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Better in person!

Property was nicer in person than as depicted in the pictures. Even though I brought dishsoap, TP, paper towels etc, the rental had a lot of that stuff already which was nice. I agree with another comment that one of the downstairs queen mattresses was extremely uncomfortable, so we ending up moving upstairs to the queen in the loft with the kids for the second night. Definitely recommend updating the mattress and providng trash service.

Very Clean Nice House

The house was very clean and just as described, it was perfect for our family of 4. I would agree with others in that including trash removal with the rental would be a welcomed addition. A little key holder near the door would be nice as well. I will say that the queen bed in one of the rooms downstairs was incredibly uncomfortable and almost unbearable to sleep on, we ended up switching to the other room as a result. All that being said, we'd definitely rent this house again!

Weekend Away

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size and had great amenities. The best piece of this location is the use of Moore’s Pond. Great location and plenty of space! The only thing is the previous renter may not return the parking pass. In our case, they didn’t. Other than that it was a great stay!

The house was perfect for our family. I grew up going to Ski & Beach, so I love the area. The only improvement to your rental would be to provide linens and trash removal.

Quaint and quiet

Very nice location wise. Quiet and secluded. Really gives you a rustic camping vibe being in the woods but is located near enough to stores that if you forgot something it's easy enough to run out. Unfortunately there were dirty dishes left in the sink from the previous guests. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Mountain adventures

Absolutely perfect spot for our weekend get away! Plenty of space for friends to stay for our snowboard trip to Attitash that is conveniently located only 40 mins away. This cabin was more then perfect for what we needed for the weekend!

Girls weekend success! We loved this house!

We loved this house! We were bummed we couldn’t use the fire pit (for safety reasons) and that we couldn’t stay longer but everything else was great. We loved the open concept, room for everyone. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, Quiet neighborhood, nice screened in porch that would probably be amazing in the summer. Location was a short 20 min ride from north Conway for shopping and a there was a great breakfast spot right down the road (Rosies). We were very happy with our stay and hope to rent again!
