Renovated, breezy, brick 5 bedroom bungalow within walking distance of everything! Walk only 2 minutes to all the bars, restaurants & shops on Whittaker and less than 10 minutes to New Buffalo Beach.

The space

This charming brick bungalow has been completely renovated and outfitted with all the modern conveniences, including two 50" flat screen TVs, high speed internet, Chromecast and Rocu allowing you to stream content (music, videos, movies) from apps (Netflix, HBO GO, Pandora, YouTube, etc) on your phone, coffee machine, reverse osmosis water filtration system providing your family with water quality equivalent to purified bottled water, microwave, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, blow dryer, and outdoor accessories including an outdoor table with umbrella, a three burner propane grill, and fire pit.

We are happy to help at anytime during your stay. We can suggest wine tour operators, restaurants, bars, spas and other attractions in the area.

Pictures are accurate. We walked to everything in down town New buffalo. Beach was about 15 minute walk. Downtown shops and restaurants all within a block or 2. House: very clean , well kept. Air conditioning was very efficient on a few very warm and humid days. There are additional window units in each upstairs bedroom to help keep the upstairs very comfortable in warm weather. Kitchen loaded with supplies, had absolutely everything we needed.Grill was ready to go, although we never got a chance to use. Plenty of towels. We had quick showers due to one shower, we made it work. There is a half bath upstairs. Every room is equipped with chargers everywhere. Wifi was decent. Beachy vibes.Few things for us that were tough, no washer and dryer available. I like to wash towels after each day after the beach. This was in the description of the house amenities , so this was something we knew ahead of time. I will note, there is laundromat right next door if we were there much longer I could have walked over. The other thing to note is that the beds were very firm. We like softer mattresses. Again , not a deal breaker considering the house is in an awesome location and so very well maintained. Back yard was beautiful. We used the fire pit , again everything you could possible want is there and ready to go.Nice big outdoor table and chairs. Few minor issues with immediate response with host with resolutions. Host is very accountable. would definitely return. Thank you!

Perfect place for a getaway!

Would not hesitate for a second to rent this charming wonderful home again! Comfortable living and bedroom spaces for many people. Perfect Girl’s Getaway

This house is just perfect! We loved everything about it. It was extremely clean, adorably decorated, in a spectacular location, and it simply felt like home. It has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We loved having coffee out on the porch in the mornings! The owner was very responsive and kind. I would highly recommend this rental!

Charming house with awesome patio in great location

We had a great stay in this very charming and well-maintained house. Great location! Right across the street from Oinks and also very walkable to the beach and Barney’s grocery store. The outside patio was lovely with plenty of chairs and a fire pit. The house had everything we needed - only thing we bought was napkins. It even had 2 coffee makers! :-) The only thing I would point out is that the basement area has a pretty low ceiling so it is more suited to kids than adults. Also only one shower. Overall a wonderful house and we would definitely like to stay again!!

Good Event Beach Weekend House

We had a great visit to New Buffalo staying in this house. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There is enough seating inside and out for a large party to eat meals and hang out. Also plenty of parking spots at the house and a perfect location to downtown and the beach. There was very little chores to do for checkout, just trash and the dishwasher. The host communicated promptly and was nice. The major note would be to make sure to plan your weekend accordingly knowing the house sleeps 12 but only has 1 shower. Even with that I would totally book this house again!
