Nearby is the book case filled with reading material from frivolous to serious. The dining room is off the kitchen to allow conversation and cocktails with the cook.

The Master Bedroom suite boasts a walk-in closet, closet organizers, upgraded vanity and direct access to patio. There is plenty of storage for suitcases or purchases from the nearby outlets. The Master bedroom has a television and wifi enhanced DVD player. The queen size bed receives the morning light and opens onto the patio. My first condo showed me the fun of desert living. This spacious and airy condo shows me the joy of year round living..... once I am able to make the jump. Until then, we both benefit from a great place to enjoy. The Master Bedroom is separated from the guest bedrooms. A large walk in closet is complimented by a second slide closet. Lots of storage through the condo. Stats are nice, but the feeling I had when I walked in the door was happy. My friend has already named it Casa Contenta, and I think it fits.

What makes this condo unique

Over 1400 square feet, a patio and yard running across the back of the property, only one shared wall for a ground unit. Guest bedrooms look onto a green area, shaded by trees. Two tennis courts are at the other end of the building, the pool in another direction, both under 100 steps away. The condo is quiet and tranquil.

Walking distance to mortsen's botanical garden, smoketree commons, smoketree riding stables, indian canyons golf club and just a short drive to the indian canyons reserve where the waterfalls and real springs of palm springs are. Also nearby is fine dining if you go out, ace hotel and the saguaro which have ongoing activities for their guests, or if you want to cook at home, several grocery stores to find the perfect meats and beverages to bbq in the patio or by the pool. The dining scene in palm springs is beginning to rival la and new york, with 6 just written up the week i posted this. The complex has pools, spas, tennis courts and easy parking for when your friends come over.
