The beach gear was a game changer. Chairs, wagon, cooler, umbrella! Such an easy walk to both the beach and village. location truly can't be beat!

Good location close to food store, restaurants and beach. House was clean. Enough space for 8. None of the beds were good. Couln't sleep well because noisy and unsupportive matress. It found out that the bed was broken. It was fixed before the last night and after that it was ok. Very helpful host and answering quickly even during christmas. Rating could have been great without the issues with the beds.

This is a DUPLEX not a house

This property has a GREAT location and an awesome host! My only complaint with this is how misleading it is. When I booked the property, I was under the assumption that it was a house but after a little digging online, I realized it was a duplex. It wasn’t stated ANYWHERE on the listing that it’s a duplex. I even met the other people renting and they were saying the exact same thing.

Great stay in Siesta Key!

Our vacation was unfortunately spoiled by Hurricane Debby but we can’t complain much about the house! Great location (5 min walk or 2 min drive) to the beach, right around the corner from SKOB and other restaurants/bars/cafes, and 12 minutes from grocery store (Publix). Few amenities would've been nice to have in the house (hairdryer, laundry detergent) but the house was otherwise in great condition and easily fit our families. Owner/management was very easy to communicate with and very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again during our next stay in Siesta Key!

Girls weekend

We had a group of 8 girls stay here for my sister’s bachelorette trip! The house was exactly what was in the pictures. The location was perfect. We had a short walk to the beach and downtown. The kitchen was not as stocked as we had anticipated, but overall great stay.

Good experience

We stayed here for our daughter's birthday with some of her friends and it was a great experience for them. We had a great location of being able to walk to the beach and to Siesta Key Village. We did have a suggestion to replace the king-size mattress in the room we slept in as it was not comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and great for our needs. Thank you!

A Wonderful Place

Everything from check in to check out was top notch! We enjoyed our stay and would book this place again. The short walk to the beach with all the beach gear you need, made our trip so easy. The market, bars and restaurants are all a very short walk away. The location was perfect.

This place was amazing and perfect for our group of 12. The outdoor space and the party room below was an incredible area to hang out with family and friends. The owner was great to work with - very responsive and accommodating! I would highly recommend!

Awesome friends vacation

The property managers picked up the phone and were helpful when we called, the house was clean and beautiful with a nice deck and outdoor patio, and it had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, etc). I also liked how they supplied the soap and toilet paper and such. The house was also a short walk to both the downtown area and the beach, a perfect location. Overall a perfect wonderful experience and I would recommend to anybody looking for a vacation house in Siesta Key!

Great Location

The house was great please note it's a lot of stairs and if you have elderly with you it'll be a little tough! It was so close to everything we walked everywhere the beach is beautiful! Thanks for a great stay hope to be back!

We were very happy with our stay at Gertrude Rentals and would book with them again. More outstanding then the rental itself, is the service we received. Dan always messaged back in just a few minutes and he arranged to have a pack and play there when we checked in so we didn't have to bring our own. A couple days later I asked if he would have a bike trailer for our toddler and he arranged to have one dropped off just a few hours later, free of charge! Service was outstanding. Thanks for the good time!

Parking in garbage- uncomfortable beds

Don't park in garage- we had appointment and late because neighbors parked blocking us in. Beds were very uncomfortable. Couch sleeping was better 😭. A positive note~The space was clean and decorated nicely.

Amazing Customer Service!

From the moment we booked until we left, this was a great experience! I can’t say enough kind words about the property manager. Our kids had to take a redeye flight and I was worried about them landing and going all day on no sleep, so I reached out to the property manager and he made arrangements for us to get in early so they could rest. Checking in was a breeze, the condo is so fun and the location is perfect. We were far enough away from the crazy crowds on the main street but close enough to get there in a couple minute walk if we wanted to. The private patio was a great place to hang out after a day at the beach as well. We can’t wait to go back!

Great location on Siesta

This was a great location on siesta about a few minute walk to the village and maybe not even 10 minutes to the beach! Just enough room for five kids and seven adults! Would stay here again

Work hard, play harder

2 families came to Siesta Key for a little vacay after a competitive soccer tournament. Our kiddos had a blast and everything was within walking distance as expected! Thanks for a wonderful stay and a ton of new memories!

Conveniently located beach house!

Great home for a large group. Enjoyable back garden and easy access to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Property manager was attentive and friendly.
