The Amazing apartment “Nest” in the Villa Stratos (350m from the famous Ahladies beach, in a wind free area) is situated at the beautiful hill of Ahladies in the middle of Skiathos, one of the most natural parts of the island, overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Aegean sea.

The Villa Stratos is ideally located so you can enjoy all Skiathos has to offer, the 60 magical beaches of the island are easily reached, you will be amazed with its quitness and view for your perfect relax. And further if you wish you can venture out into the nightlife minutes away.

Around the Villa there are different type of restaurants with beautiful views and tasty food, as well as a taverna beachfront on Famous Ahladies beach. Mini markets (grocery stores) are easily reached.

The Villa apartment is only 3km (6') from the famous and cosmopolitan Skiathos town.

The design of the amazing apartment “Nest” in Villa Stratos is inspired by Italian country houses and by Skiathos traditional designs and colours. The sea view is surrounded by pine and olive trees.

The newly built Villa (640m2) is a 3 level property. The apartment we rent is situated on the second level (65m2).

It is a private luxury apartment of an open plan sitting/dinning room along with a spacious fully equipped kitchen. It is a 1 bedroom apartment (one bedroom with double bed) and a big bathroom.

The sea view from the veranda is perfect for breakfast. The breathtaking view from the pool area is ideal for relaxing as the sun sets. The guests may have the use of the swimming pool, gym, billiards and table tennis.

Exiting the apartment there is a table, chairs, a veranda with lush planted gardens and a swing for more than 1 person so you can sit down and admire the mediterranean atmosphere and amazing views.

Note: if you would like to rent the entire Villa Stratos ( it can host up to 17+ people ) i can do this for you, in  that case write me so i can give you all the details.There are another 3 apartments situated in Villa Stratos, one with 5 bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms(220m2) , one with 2 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom(65m2), and lastly one with one bedroom along with sofabed and a large bathroom(60m2), all of them have fully equipped kitchens and there are fully luxury furnished. Note: for more guest over the age of 6 is extra 10 euro per night but please i must know how many extra guests will be, kindly for any damages guest are liable to it or they can replace it.

Getting around:

There are many companies that rent motor bikes, conventional cars, off road vehicles and Jeeps in logical prices. If you would like to rent a vehicle or vehicles i can arrange that for you, there are also buses (300m bus station from Villa) and taxis that can go everywhere too. If you would like boat trips there are small boats that depart everyday from the port, with these boats you can visit small islands near Skiathos, or experience a grate day trip around the island and have the chance to see Skiathos in a different way admire the beauty and swim in amazing waters that cars can not reach.
