Disfrute de las maravillosas vistas al mar desde su balcón orientado al este. Esta unidad de nivel se encuentra en el segundo piso situado directamente al otro lado de la carretera de la hermosa playa de Flynns. Gran sala de estar de planta abierta con comedor y salón que da al balcón. La unidad cuenta con un gran televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, microondas, ducha sobre la bañera, servicio de lavandería / baño combinado y garaje individual cerrado con llave.

Ropa de cama: cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal y litera con 2 camas individuales en el segundo dormitorio. (Sin ropa de cama incluida)

Port Stay

Stayed across from Flynns beach, had a great view. Unit is on 2nd floor so a few stairs to go up. Lots of space for a family. Needs an update in kitchen. Walking to beach every morning for a swim & watching whales in the afternoon was bliss. Close to town & much quieter.

False advertising

There are two units marketed by the same agent in this 40 year old block , only one set of photos OF THE OTHER UNIT! Kitchen is falling apart would never attempt to cook there, the fridge had half the shelves and crisper missing and was tiny, the furniture is old , the unit was dirty, and had a great crop of cockroaches, great position of course, the only plus

Hi Warren i am writing to you in response of the review i have just seen. In regards to the photos of the unit they are all on our website plus the Stayz website that you have booked through. Our office has clear communication on our key pack that you have recieved with your keys in it upon arrival. The envelope does state there is an after hours number for emergencies or you can call our office if there are any issues during your stay. Did you contact our office with these issues. With the unit you did stay in it is an older unit but it is cleaned by a professional cleaning company and the furniture we can only advise owners to update if necessary. I do apolgise you have had these issues within your stay but we take any complaints extremely seriously if it is reported to us. If you have reported these issues can you please let me know who you spoke to in the office and i can have a chat and see if these issues have been rectified. Thank you

not so good

The unit is quite run down. The worst thing though was the owner. He let himself in to the apartment while I was there on the premise of dropping off a book and a dvd. He didn't even buzz or knock on the door. I found it to be a massive intrusion on my privacy. I was just glad that I was not caught in an embarrassing position. Owners should not be in apartments that are let. He could easily have dropped off the stuff when there was no tenant. He is weird. Avoid this apartment at all costs.

It's a little run down (reflected in the price), broken windows, old kitchen but beautiful location and views. Some musty smells- I left the cupboards and windows open as much as possible, that seemed to get rid of it. Flynns beach is beautiful and it's a lovely walk into town. I would chose that any time. Good balcony with furniture. Parking is height restricted but we found on street parking no problem. I hope to stay again.

Not what we were expecting :(

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While this property is in an amazing location it is in need of an overhaul. We did not stay in this property because of the following reasons: It was smelly, two of the back windows were cracked frame to frame (a lawsuit waiting to happen potentially), the door had no internal locking mechanism (locked with the key on the outside and push the door shut), the oven and grill were grotty, kitchen cupboard door not closable - these are just the initial reasons why we chose not to stay from the very moment we arrived. Be warned, there is no air conditioning (our fault for not noticing this on the listing but humidity/heat makes the smell inside worse). We go for budget accommodation wherever we go so we are not "precious" about a lot of things but this place was not at all pleasant even though the view and location were great. After sitting for five minutes imagining a stay in the apartment for a week and asking myself if I could get used to what I disliked about the place we called the Real Estate representative to tell them that we did not want to go ahead with the booking, not even for one night. The Elders representative was faultless in the way she handled our concerns, very helpful and offered to help find alternative accommodation (which we did not take up but appreciated the helpful offer). I don't like leaving bad reviews and am sorry for the owner of this property for doing so. In my opinion this place is well overdue for a bit of TLC. Fix those windows at least!

Superb ocean view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view from balcony and bedroom. Kitchen well equipped, if a bit jaded. Laundry well equipped. Apartment was in a great location. Convenient for all the beaches and also the city centre / supermarkets. We would have preferred to have WiFi but managed without. I think we were unlucky with communication. The person responsible being on leave. I received numerous emails telling me this. So we didn't get instructions to collect the key. The help desk was very helpful though. Having to drop keys in the city was not very convenient. No towels not bed sheets, so we bought some.All minor issues compared to the pleasure we had.

Old property

The unit is very old, it was comfortable, garage very small, chairs on the balcony were rusted & dangerous to sit on, screen on balcony door had holes in it, the unit had a musty smell when we arrived, the owner needs to spend a bit of money on repairs.
