We love the condo

We enjoyed our stay so much and the view was amazing! Having access to the beach and all of the other sightings within walking distance. The only thing I would say is the information from paperwork with VRBO was a little outdated with the phone number I had gotten from VRBO and what was actually the phone number to get into contact with the owner as well as the code provided by VRBO was incorrect but the owner did provide the correct code. Carolyn was very kind and was quick to respond to our needs.

Cute condo, terrible building

This condo is a lot like it’s North Beach location. Lots of potential, but in rough shape right now. Condo was comfortable, and clean- beach towels would have been nice. Building is rough- lots of deferred maintenance and cockroaches. Lots of construction in area, which makes it tough to get around. Shopping is not very convenient.

Worse VRBO experience

The condo is at the level of Motel 6! The pictures make it look much bigger and nicer, but it is a Motel 6 with a kitchenette. The kitchen/dining and living room combined are so small - 2 adults and a child could barely fit in it - no way 6 people! Typically - by definition - VRBO houses are equipped with all amenities to enjoy the vacation: no beach towels, no beach equipment of any kind, poorly equipped kitchen with very old, chopped pots. The condo complex was old and dingy, only one slow elevator on the opposite side, long way from the condo and no carts . One night some man showed up at 10:00 PM on our floor with a chain saw running and the neighbors called the police. We felt uncomfortable and claustrophobic. The checking process took a long time as we had to register with a guard and he was very busy, claiming that the procedures were too bureaucratic. I stayed at many VRBO places and believe this was not a good value for the money. Would never stay there again!

Great value

The facility could use some updating but it looks like it is currently undergoing renovations so maybe thats coming. The condo itself was perfect for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare quick meals. Has a great view of the water. There were a few weak spot in the floor and the balcony that was a little concerning. The bedroom was very stuffy at night. We brought a fan with us and it helped a lot. Overall great value for the money.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was easy to get to.

Nice and quiet place on the bay. No problems checking in. Room was great. Beach had a lot of jellyfish. Wish there was a dishwasher and ice maker,. Overall, we had a great weekend.

Great Location to Beach Bum and Attractions

Our unit was directly on the beach. Walking distance to aquarium and USS Lexington. Two young boys (3&6) thoroughly enjoyed the property and the beach. No dishwasher. No ice maker (working). Kitchen was lacking some essentials. Cleanliness rating needs to be taken with some context as it is impossible to be have an oasis completely free of sand. Would we stay again - yes.

The ocean view was the best.

The condo definitely needs updated. Overall, it was clean. There was no dishwasher or garbage disposal. There was hardly no water pressure in the shower but the water was hot. But the ocean view was amazing and that was a top priority for us. Access to the beach was easy with gated security. We did have to leave the area for decent food. It was quiet and people were friendly.

The property was close to restaurants and attractions which was a positive. The owner seemed to be conscientious. The complex itself was rundown. When we entered the unit there was a strong odor. We bought some air freshener to help. When we changed the trash can in the kitchen a couple of days later there was rancid dirty water underneath the bag. This was the source of the odor. Suggestion… it would be nice for a broom and dustpan to be available for guests to sweep the floors. The ice maker did not work and made noises on a regular basis & and the toilet ran.

We enjoyed our stay here it was perfect size for our family! Our favorite part was the view! Opening the balcony door to see the ocean and hear the waves was amazing! The only thing we didn't like was it was 3rd floor but we did get some good exercise in! We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

The condo is located facing the beach, and it has a beautiful view. It was clean and had everything we needed. I had forgotten my blow dryer, and I found one in the bathroom. We would definitely stay again!

Ocean view ocean decor

This was a lovely property and the owner was extremely nice and helpful. It was a nice one bedroom with extra beds that would be good for children. Very well-designed, compact design. This unit had a beautiful ocean view and balcony. Nice updates and great decorations! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Great Owner!

We loved it so much that we contacted owner to stay an extra night. Another guest was expected and the owner went above and beyond to make it happen! Being on the third floor was nice and the beach front view was amazing!We will be going back again!

There were plenty of towels after all, found them in the linen closet. All was good, but want to give you heads up that the floor around the toilet seems very weak and could sink thru. There is no way to tell which direction is hot or cold on the bathtub handle - the cover plate is gone or wore off and the switch that changes the water flow to the shower or the tub is completely stuck on shower. It seems to have a lot of lime or hardwater deposit on it. The a/c worked real well , plenty of hot water, and mattresses were comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed the ocean front view. Thank you for making your suite available.

Cozy Condo

Condo was clean and easy to get into. View of the beach was great. Checkin was easy. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of basic equipment. The parking lot was being redone while there. When done it should be a major upgrade to what was there.
