Perfect place for 2 grandparents and a 13 year old granddaughter to stay while having fun in Corpus Christi. Exceptionally clean with WiFi (no 13 y/o can live without that) and close to all our excursions!

We did simple things. It was just me and one of my best friends. Kid free. Bed is very comfy. I love villa del sol. Yes, it is old. But it is my favorite place to go

Great location

We loved the location. Walk to a great beach. The condo was small but perfect for the two of us. Check in was easy and we enjoyed the pool. We felt very safe and had no problems with noise keeping us awake.

Nice Place

We stayed overnight for a visit to the Lexington. We arrived 45 minutes early and were told we had to come back right at 3 for check in. When we came back, they didn’t have the keys and we had to wait for them to figure out what to do. That probably could have been resolved sooner had the front desk took note of my room number and prepared for my Check in. They also charge an additional 20 for you to check in. The room was very nice and clean. The space was utilized well. The bunk beds are a bit small. It was comfortable for my 13 yr old, but barely. There is an unfortunate loud noise every time the ac kicks on, so definitely bring a fan if you’re sensitive to things like that while sleeping. The door to the balcony also doesn’t lock at all. The view from the balcony was nice. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom amenities were a nice touch, as were the snacks left. All in all, we were happy with our stay.

Great place, perfect for a beach getaway

Everything was great. The owner was very responsive, and kept the process as simple as possible. You literally have the beach at the end of the parking lot, and there is a nice walkway we used to go to Blackbeard's from. (About a mile). It was a cool evening first night. The front desk guy was very sharp and helpful as well. The only thing I would add is ice trays for the freezer, a lamp in the living room, and a power strip in the bedroom (I needed three plugs because I am needy). Perfect stay! We are already discussing coming back!
