Skipper's Watch invites you to relax and unwind on the oceanfront covered porch, perfect for rocking and enjoying the coastal breeze. The private pool, installed in 2022, adds even more fun for family gatherings. Comfortably furnished, this home features hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and a boardwalk leading directly to the beach.

Conveniently located near the bridge, restaurants, festival and concert venues, town park, ice cream shop, and more, everything you need for a memorable vacation is within reach.

For weekly rentals, all bedroom beds are made prior to arrival with fresh linens. Linens, towels and bath mats are also provided so you can settle in and relax immediately.

A week of bliss

This property was beautifully renovated inside and out! Ideal location and just what we needed for a week away from reality with our family. This was our first time at this home but hopefully not our last!

We love Holden Beach!!!

We had a fantastic time at Holden Beach. My 8yo and 10yo + dogs loved the beauty and convenience of being right on the beach. We slept with our window open for the entire 2 week stay to head the ocean. The house is older and not fancy but functional. I love the floor plan with family room/kitchen in middle and 2 bedrooms on each side connected by a jack/jill bathroom. Full size washer/dryer was a plus. The huge porch facing the ocean is fantastic but in need of repair as are the steps and bridge to the ocean.

Way older than pictured

This house is in need of a lot of upgrades. There was lots of water damage in the living room, the paint was peeling on the outside of the house, and you could feel the entire house shake anytime someone walked up and down the front set of stairs. It wasn't an unpleasant stay, but this beach house is definitely older than pictured so renters beware. Also, there are only two very tiny televisions in this house. One small one in the living room, and then another small one in a bedroom. I didn't see that information listed on here, but it would have been great if we had known that upfront.
