Warm Springs Ranch Trip

Rob was very proactive on sending information for our check in. We were also pleasantly surprised with some fabulous cookies waiting for us when we got there. The house was very neat and clean. The bedrooms were as described in the listing. We spend quite a bit of our time at Warm Springs Ranch and it was nice to be able to come back to a place we could relax in.

Great space and location!

We visited for a family event and this property is one of the best I've stayed at. Easy to find, check in was fantastic, notes around the house, well stocked kitchen, clean, and comfortable. I will definitely check if it is available for our next visit.

Amazing

The home is abundantly stocked with everything needed, plus more! It’s beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. We wish we would have discovered this place earlier, because it is amazing. The host couldn’t have been more helpful or provided anything else to make our stay better.

Mimis' Weekend Away

We needed a weekend away to RELAX and Rob made it happen. Super comfortable house (YES to the two fans per bedroom!), well-stocked and it is obvious Rob has touched every corner of the home.

Relaxing Oasis

Peaceful, warm, cozy, plentiful kitchen cookware/small appliances, gracious host….can not conjure one improvement that needs to be made. I’ve not felt this rejuvenated in 32 years! Definitely at the top of our list

Very clean

Stayed two nights for our daughter’s wedding. The pictures of the home were accurate, clean house with room to “spread out”. Has fenced in back yard. Lots of squirrels and birds.

Best Reunion location ever

This place is absolutely great. They have everything you need for a peaceful stay in Boonville. This house was walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will be staying again. Thanks Rob

Its the little things

Rob has done a fantastic job putting this home together. It’s obvious the thought and care that he puts into making each family’s stay a success. I have never been to a VRBO that was so detailed and obviously caring of the individuals who would stay there.

Our experience at the Katy Retreat was AWESOME. The house was in pristine shape, and every room was clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with new appliances and also had a stocked pantry of stuff you don't travel with (trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc.). And as for Rob, the owner, one word describes this man.... ROCKSTAR. Rob is an outstanding human being. Any time I had a question to ask him about the house or the town of Boonville, Rob got back to me right away. He is awesome. I really wish I could deal with people like Rob on an everyday basis. Overall great. Except the dust in the house. Too much decoration stuff. Silk artificial arrangements everywhere full of dust. Just moved arrangements away from eating areas. Washer, dryer, AC and water pressure all great. Will try to stay there again. Thank you!
