About Eamonn & Moira McCabe
Moira & I simply love this riverside property. Moira grew up locally, has lived far and wide and has now returned. She knows the area well. I grew up in Ireland and have lived in Australia for some 33 years now. There are few houses that have such a breathtaking aspect. We work on improving the experience of staying here. We love and respect the honour of being the current custodians of this land. We seek to only improve all aspects. We ourselves love the raw beauty and bountiful quality of the natural environment. We delight in hosting family and friends here and now seek to welcome the wider world. We love the best quality in our lives and seek to deliver that in the appointments of the accommodation, facilities and amenities.

Why Eamonn & Moira McCabe chose Nabiac
The reason we bought the property can be explained by the story of the first time we saw it. We came down the 2 km driveway. As we turned into the main driveway we began to see a river, as we continued we saw how wide and pristine it is. It is simply stunning. Come see yourself.
What makes this Cottage unique
Obviously the river with the fishing, kayaking and Stand Up Paddle options. We are past of the Estuary and the river flows into the sea at Tuncurry. Downstream is one of the best water skiing in all of NSW. Both houses are appointed to the highest level of style and luxury. Peace, tranquility and calmness are the essences of the property. Nature abounds, parrots, the beautiful song of the Butcher Bird. We have pelicans who live just up river. The magnificent sight of swooping and eating their catch is so amazing to behold. The most spectacular sight I have seen is the pod of dolphins corralling a shoal of fish up the river and feeding. Pretty few people can enjoy dolphins from the front veranda.
