As you arrive you will quickly notice the clean and modern feel of the space, with Waikiki's skyline as a backdrop!!
The fully equipped white monochrome kitchen will be your favorite to cook at.
A dining area with a glass table perfectly fits the overall monochromic design, creating a beautiful space to live in.
You are free to enjoy a TV show on a bright red sofa. There is a also a King size bed for you to recharge their energy.
There separated another room with a balcony and two super comfy twin size beds to melt down in. In the morning, you can slip into the bedroom balcony to greet first beautiful sun rays of Hawaii.
From the moment you wake up in one of the serene bedrooms, the smell of coffee wafting from the kitchen, to winding down on one of the two lanais as the city lights up for the night, you will surely find comfort and relaxation in this Marine Surf penthouse.
Please Note: This penthouse is one of only 4 rooms on the top floor of the Marine Surf building.
There is a separate key to access the penthouse floor, adding an extra level of security to your stay.
Marine Surf is centrally located in Waikiki, with a great variety of places nearly at its doorsteps. Just a few steps away from the building is a large concentration of shopping centers, such as Waikiki Shopping Plaza, BeachWalk, and the International Marketplace. As well as an ever-evolving scene of cafes, happy hours, international cuisine, and late-night bars to relax at with an exotic island refreshment.
There is truly no end to the stores to wander through, unique dining options, and entertainment such as Hula lessons or cultural shows closeby.

New modern Penthouse in Waikiki

Great, new spacious Apartment with breathtaking view. Everything was as described. Comfy beds and amazing kitchen. The area is a little bit loud like everywhere in Waikiki. The parking space is a great plus.We would definitely come back.

Penthouse was in a key location, easy to get around Waikiki and great place to set up base for exploring the island. We enjoyed out stay of here, family of 3 and it was nice being able to hang out on the lanai when we weren't exploring. The place was relatively clean for a vacation rental. Thank you for letting us stay here. We left some beach gear there to start a collection (beach towel, some kids toys) - the listing let us know there was nothing there so we came prepared.

A/C in bedroom was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Cable TV would not work, sliders wouldn’t open and even if they did there were no screens so bugs could come in. No dish towels, no wash clothes!

Overall we loved the place, its close to everything like shopping, food, Beach etc. We had hard time checking in because the instructions were not sent to us and they took forever to send them again. The Lady wasn’t in much os a hurry to send them. I had to call multiple times. Therr are ants everywhere in the unit, looks like this building doesn’t have a regular pest control because ive seen other reviews about the same control. There are 2 bathrooms but if you’re using both showers at the same time the water pressure is low. But besides all these things we had a blast, the best this is you can walk to everything

It was ok

Nice place. However there were tiny bugs crawling all over the kitchen and bed side table and floor. I cleaned the kitchen counters many times a day to try and get rid of them but they just kept coming. They were all around the sink and dishwasher too. When I opened the dishwasher they were on the clean dishes. I just decided to keep cleaning them up and deal with it, but it was pretty gross. Other problem was there were no pool towels and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall so we couldn’t use it. Aside from that the place was nice.

The location was great, the view was AMAZING!

The property was great. There was some damage (walls of the bathroom) and dirt (especially the vents) but overall this property was located in a great place. We were able to walk a lot and get to the beach in just a few minutes. Close to restaurants and shops (the expensive shops- the touristy shops). There's a great gift shop just below the condo which was great selection and prices. McDonald's for coffee was just below the condo. They don't provide a lot of things to stay there. For example, to wash dishes, we had one towel for drying. But the kitchen had all the dishes you needed to cook if you wanted to. The beds had minimal blankets and no spares. The beds are so-so comfy. I liked that my kids got their own beds. The view on the lanai was breathtaking, seeing both ocean and mountains. The doors to the lanai were very difficult to open, which is good if you have children but you need to put in some effort to open them. They had a washer/dryer which was so helpful as we didn't pack clothes for every day. There is only 1 couch. Now, the biggest concern, I paid a deposit. I asked them the day after I checked out when I would receive it back. They said 5 days. A few days after that, they said 14 days but would do it manually for me as an exception (around day 10) It's been 13 days since we left and the refund for the $300 deposit is still not received. (We left Nov 5 and today is Nov 18)

ルームクリーニング料金が$380 。でも部屋はゴミや埃だらけ。ベッドの下にはお菓子の食べこぼしまで。シャワーはレバーをH側に回すと水が出てC側に回すと親が出る。水圧は弱い。何よりもエアコンが窓用でうるさい。自室のエアコンを切っても、他室のエアコンの音なのか騒音と振動が酷くて眠れず。ペントハウスということできたい

It's a perfect room for sightseeing.You can't park in a big car. I recommend a small car or a large sedan.

掃除が出来ていない

まず到着して、ポストを開ける番号が最初に連絡された物と変わっていました。変わったと言う連絡も無かったですし、しれっと変わっていて焦りました。WiFi自体のネットワークやパスワードも当初知らされていたのとは違い、結局ルーターの裏を見て設定しました。 部屋は、ダイソンの扇風機のフィルターはかつて見たことがないくらいに埃がびっしり。通気穴の形に沿ってこれ以上は無理というくらいに詰まっていました。当然フィルターエラーが出ており、ついて早々掃除しましたが治らず、後日スタッフの外国人の方が来てくれましたが、結局治せずじまい。荷物がある部屋に無人で来てもらうのも気が引けたので、立ち会いして、何のための時間だったのかなと思います。 浴室の換気扇も埃だらけ、洗面の背面にあるブレーカーの扉？も開けてびっくり、怖いくらいの埃。見て見ぬふりしました。 トイレットペーパーホルダーもガタガタで、何度もトイレットペーパーが落ちます。 見れると書いてあった日本語チャンネルも見られず、途中からはメールでの連絡も無視され、呆れました。 となりの寝室のリモコンは、飲み物か何かこぼしたのか、電池蓋の中はジャリジャリサビサビ、電池も液体が漏れて使い物になりませんでした。 コップも欠けているものが2つあり、少なくて困りました。 浄水器のフィルターも期限切れ。 ダイソン掃除機の中の埃も捨てずに溜まったままで、使う気にもなりませんでした。 書いてあることと実際が違う点が多く、詐欺に近いのでは？とさえ感じます。 我が家の場合、子供がいるので日本語チャンネルに魅力を感じ、そこに重きを置いていた点もあり、対応も含め非常に腹立たしかったです。 立地やお部屋自体は広くとても良いですが、とにかく掃除が行き届いておらず、何のためにクリーニングフィーを払っているのか？馬鹿らしくなります。 タオルやトイレットペーパーは多めに置いてあり、助かりました。 安価ですのでホテルのようなサービスは無理というのは理解できますが、最低限のことはしていただけるよう、改善されることを願います。
