Este hermoso primer piso St. Andrews Villa es un 1 dormitorio y 1 1/2 baño con malla en el patio. Está enclavado entre impresionantes árboles de Live Oak y el legendario hoyo 14 de George Fazio.

Perfect week

We spent our honeymoon and this house and it was perfect! It was a good size for two people, the view of the golf course was beautiful, and it was the perfect location to the beach and pool. We enjoyed our week very much!

Perfect Every Time

Thank you for your review. We have updated quite a bit in the last few years. New living room furniture, new vinyl plank flooring, and all mechanicals have been replaced (water tank, Heat pump and etc..) One of the best features of our home is the screened in patio. Nothing better than sitting there in the morning watching the golfers go by.

Cozy summer getaway!

My husband and I (along with our Shih Tzu Maggie) felt right at home at this condo. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The location of the resort was absolutely perfect—we enjoyed biking the nearby trails especially. It felt so homey, and we will most certainly come back! Thank you, hosts!

Great little condo

Great little one bedroom condo. Easy to get in and out of Palmetto Dunes, and close to a lot of ammentities on the island. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive anytime I had a question. The unit was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

We love the one bedroom condo too! It has all the amenities of home. Within walking distance to the pool too! Palmetto Dunes resort offers so much from biking, kayaking, canoeing, tennis, golf, and of course the Atlantic Ocean is a mile down the road. Great Beach House

I booked this property for my out of town family at Christmas and it was perfect! The location was great - very central to everything. The property was very clean and well-maintained and my family loved staying there. Kent, the property owner, was so helpful with any questions we had and very prompt in his response. The condo was exactly as the description if not even nicer. We would definitely book this condo again!

Beautiful Villa! Loved our stay!

My husband and I were looking for a quick getaway for the weekend and found this wonderful villa! Everything was perfect from the decor, the view and being pet friendly. :-) Kent and Lisa were excellent to work with and were quick to respond to any of our questions. The location was perfect for going to the beach, restaurants and Shelter Cove. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Hilton Head! We will definitely be back and look forward to staying in this villa!!!

Relaxing

This condo was perfect for my daughter and I. We were there for a week long event at the Marriott. It was nice to get away from the busy hotel and have place to relax away from it all. Yet only a 4 minute drive to the beach. We loved the screened in porch too! Way better than a hotel room.

Being minutes away from the beach is a plus, you don't need to leave Palmetto Dunes to get there. Hopefully you had time to enjoy lunch or dinner at the Dunes House which is right on the Ocean! Great holiday getaway!

We've been visiting the island for years but this was our first stay at St. Andrews Common. We had a wonderful escape for the holidays in this lovely villa. Pretty decor, clean and well-equipped. Kent was very accommodating and extremely responsive before, during and following our stay. This bright, sunny, comfortable villa is centrally located to everything you need. It was perfect for our holiday break and we look forward to returning. Thank you!

We fell in love with Hilton Head Island October 2014 which was our first visit to the island. Living in Michigan we would usually travel to Florida. We made our 1st purchase as we enjoyed all the amenities of Palmetto Dunes, and purchased 2 bedroom Villa. It can be viewed on VRBO as well, property #652736. After a few additional vacations with family and friends loving St Andrews Common, we decided to purchase a 1 bedroom villa, which is directly adjacent to our 2 bedroom. There is nothing better than sitting on the patios listening to the sounds of nature while watching golfers tee off and/or putt. So relaxing!!

We chose St Andrews Villa because, of the outstanding views surrounded by Live Oak trees, walking paths, bike trails and a short drive to the beach. Everything is so close, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, biking, and of course the Dunes house which is on the beach, where you can enjoy an cocktail or bite to eat.

The benefits of this villa is to spend more time doing the things you love. Spending time with family/friends, feeling the warmth of the sun, playing golf/tennis, dinning, walking the beach shopping and relaxing.
