The ultimate Captiva Island two-home estate! Enjoy breathtaking water views as Wine Down offers 200 feet of bay frontage overlooking Blind Pass to the east. To the west, you'll have deeded beach access directly across the street! One of Royal Shell's largest homes, it sits on 2.5 acres of property and is fully landscaped with exotic palms, a butterfly garden, and a water feature. This property is also home to the only pair of nesting bald Eagles on Captiva Island (during nesting season, the nest is monitored by the SCCF). Enjoy a coffee or cocktail and watch the dolphins and manatees play from one of two second-floor screened lanais.
This Captiva Island vacation rental is a dream for the boater, fisherman, kayaker, or anyone who loves entertaining outdoors. Rent a boat or kayak and explore what the islands have to offer. There's a dock for guest use and a kayak lift, which is available upon request. The huge screened outdoor living area features a heated pool and hot tub. The expansive covered area has an outdoor kitchen (with a BBQ grill, refrigerator, and dishwasher), a living room, two bathrooms, and many outdoor games. So challenge your friends and family to billiards, ping pong, darts, or outdoor chess. This is the perfect spot for entertaining and relaxing with the family!
