Modern clean contemporary townhouse centrally located in the desirable Roads neighborhood. Minutes away from Brickell/Downtown, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Wynwood and South Beach. Miami airport is easily located, only 15 minutes away.

The space

Contemporary modern townhouse with tropical outside flair in a quite upscale neighborhood very close to Miami's top locations

Guest access

In addition to the Private room and bathroom guest will have a balcony and excess to the pool. Guest don't have to share the Pool with the owner. Guest will have a private entrance to the property.

Other things to note

Owner also lives in the house but has his own private space ! There will be no interaction and no shared space with the owner and travelers.

Peaceful spot

This was a beautiful, serene spot to stay! Checking in was seamless, property was clean and tranquil, amenities were perfect, and the host was friendly! We had zero issues and would come back again

Beautiful

Beautiful property and super alternative to staying at a hotel. Owner on property but not seen. Quick reply when we had a need communicated through VRBO messages. Loved having access to pool area to sit and relax. All amenities are in your room - microwave, Nespresso, toaster and fridge. Should’ve brought a bottle of wine to enjoy by the pool. Will next time! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay, Will!

Perfect for couples or singles!

Owner is very clear about Miami and his rules. He is extremely respectful of your space. He just wants his home respected as well. Very clean. No complaints. After reading other reviews- his bedroom is more than 50 feet away, not as close as others complaints. Cameras are only in the downstairs common areas nowhere near anywhere private, floors are mahogany that is why he preferred no shoes. If you are looking to party or have guests- not the place for you! Neighborhood is clean, home is clean, we would happily stay again!

Huge misrepresentation

We arrived with our groceries to make our breakfast during our stay only to discover that EVERYTHING on the property was blocked off. The refrigerator was full of food. The owner lives there full time and his bedroom is very uncomfortably close to the (small) guest bedroom! There were instructions in the room to be quiet and not "show intimacy" anywhere but in the bedroom. We left immediately and called the owner requesting a refund- who has since been noncommunicative -we have called VRBO for a refund as well. This property was horribly misrepresented as the listing states there is an "oven/stove and all kitchen supplies available for our convenience". with no indication that owner lived there ful time with his bedroom close by!!

Great place.

The house was modern and beautiful. Some complained about the proximity of his room and honestly he respects your privacy completely. We jokingly said he doesn’t exist (since we never saw him) so the fact he’s there, doesn’t make the trip uncomfortable. Also the camera is in the public area not in any private areas. It’s very close to Miami Beach about a 15 minute ride and the area is packed with food places and entertainment. I will most definitely be staying there again. 10/10 location.

Location, location, location The place just very convenient to get around Miami, very clean, the kitchen made me want to cook lol. Host was very friendly and suggested many good places.

Wonderful experience

This VRBO was great! The property was immaculate and beautiful! It was evident the owner was very particular and that suited us just fine! Our host responded immediately when we had a question. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

What a perfect place!

A perfect spot! We were 15 minutes from everything. Easy access. Very clean and the host was very respectful of us. We loved the pool. Also we really enjoyed Little Havana and we were an $8.00 Uber ride away! We highly recommend and will stay here again when in Miami. Thanks for everything Will!

Misguided and Uncomfortable

Many unmentioned guidelines to this listing which were not disclosed until after my deposit was non refundable. The owner has a camera inside the house to monitor activity/rules. The owner also stays in the house while you are there, locked up in a room which freaked the hell out of me bc we were not told he was staying INSIDE THE HOUSE. He mentioned he would be close and not interact with guests, but never stated he was staying in the room across the hall. We also couldn’t figure out if there was a security system on at night bc every night there was a beeping noise keeping us up and we could not find the source. the entire downstairs is marked off with tape which is “off limits”. You are limited to your room, bathroom, pool and strict rules of the kitchen. Again, had this been disclosed PRIOR, it would not have been as shocking and would have altered my decision on staying there. You can use the pool area which is nice, and right outside the owners bedroom window, but you only have bathroom towels, no pool towels to use. My biggest issues is the camera in the house not being disclosed prior to stay or payment. It is started it is to monitor house rules… The listing and description was misguiding and the stay felt uncomfortable

Immaculate

We stayed two nights on this gorgeous property, including New Year’s Eve. The host was very friendly and made wonderful suggestions to us for where to eat, where to see the New Year’s fireworks, and what neighborhoods to avoid for safety. The entire house is immaculate. The location is easy to get to and well located to hop to other places.

Great Weekend

The property was great and as advertised. Beautiful home; owner was there, but very friendly and discreet. We just needed a crash pad and it was a nice one. Close to Coconut Grove and easy to Uber.

The room.get hot when the sun come out, and I did not see on the reservation that the owner was also staying in the house will we wear there, it just felt a little oncurfteble. But the place is lovely and clean.

Great home, in decent location

Great home in decent location, My only issue was that 70 % of the roads were barricaded around the neighborhood making it difficult for friends and Uber to find the house. Also due to Dade county COVID restrictions most of the common areas of the home were restricted and video Monitored, which I found unusual and a bit uncomfortable. The host Will was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Great modern place, great location, great host

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful, modern and inviting place in a great location. The only minor hiccup we had was that the platform didn't inform our host of our stay, but the host was very welcoming and helpful in figuring out a solution.

Beautiful modern townhouse

The house was beautiful and the host was super friendly!! He gave us places we should go to eat and places we needed to see before we left. The pool was a little cold but I e went in the winter. I did use it after I went on a run and it was the perfect way to cool off!!:) Due to Covid some of the common areas were closed which didn’t not affect our stay as much as we thought it would. The owner also lived in the same area as us because of Covid regulations but as a young couple in Miami we appreciated the company. I do wish we had access to cleaning supplies such as a broom etc. but it wasn’t necessary because we stayed for just a short time. Overall a very fun place to try and location was great!

Excellent Property and Host

The condo was beautifully decorated for the holidays, and very clean. Covid-19 precautions were being taken in the condo. Will was a very kind and inviting host - communication was excellent. The condo had everything we needed. A comfortable bed, a balcony, a beautifully decorated bathroom with an amazing shower, and a gorgeous back patio with a pool. Coming from Ohio, we enjoyed the 80 degree weather and the pool. This condo was located in a prime location. Close to the free Coral Way Trolley, which was very convenient. Within walking distance of quite a few delicious restaurants. We were about 10-15 minutes away from South Beach in Miami. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with Will, and we highly recommend this property!

Like borrowing from a good friend

The property was beautiful, modern, clean and well-located. It felt like I was borrowing a friend's house for a few days. Perfect launching point for sight-seeing or business travel. Communication with the owner was excellent. Property was just as described in listing.
