"Gulf Tower 4C, ubicado en 1051 West Beach Boulevard, en un condominio de dos habitaciones y dos baños con hermosas vistas panorámicas del Golfo de México. La suite principal contiene una cama king, mientras que la habitación tiene dos camas individuales y hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar para un alojamiento adicional. Esta unidad puede alojar hasta 6 personas cómodamente. Con tres televisores, tres reproductores de DVD, un sistema estéreo y WiFi, de seguro se mantendrá conectado y entretenido durante su estadía (tenga en cuenta que el televisor en la habitación de huéspedes es solo para DVD). Ladies at the office were attentive and helpful. We were upgraded to make up for a less then clean condo when we arrived and they made it right really quickly. Gulf sands was the building at first and idk if I could have stayed there even with it clean- out of date everything and certainly wasn’t cleaned properly. After voicing concerns, I was happy to be moved to another building w more space and bedrooms. It was more than I would have asked for but we appreciated it so much! Thank you Michelle and bender for a great stay. We will be back soon I hope!

Great Location, Property needs updating

We like staying at the Gulf Tower. While the building is older, the location is great. It's close to things, but away from the busyness. We like the beach too. This condo is older, needs updating, the furniture was really uncomfortable, and it wasn't that clean.

Gulf Shores Vacay

We really enjoyed Gulf Tower. We have stayed several times at this condo and always enjoy our stay. For this particular unit, we did not like that there was not a glass door separating the balcony from the living area.

A couple of the Gulf Tower condos do not have a glass sliding door between the living room and the balcony. Not clean

The overall condo was nice but very dated which did not appear like this in the pictures. The linens were not clean at all! The pillows and bed spread had stains on them. I would not recommend renting this unit.

Gulf Tower 4C is a nice, large condo with a wonderful, glass-enclosed balcony which allows you to enjoy the view of the Gulf in comfort. Not worth it

The property management company was okay to work with, though they forgot to give us the fob to check in upon arrival. However, the owner of this company is absolutely HORRID. I would not come back. Our parking pass blew onto the seat of our car instead of staying in the windshield and the property owner was incredibly rude. He booted our vehicle and the towing company tried to help us, but the owner wouldn’t let them take it off without us paying hundreds of dollars cash. No other payment was acceptable. Speaking to him on the phone he was degrading and all around unkind.

We truly regret your experience with the parking situation. While it was out of our control, as we are not the property manager, it was frustrating to us to be unable to alleviate the situation. We have many other condos that have policies that are much more flexible, and we hope that you will call us when you are ready for your next Hangout visit.

Stains and uncomfortable bed

Reviewer Comments: We love gulf tower and have stayed there before but will not stay in this unit again. The master bed was so hard and the 2 bed pillows were flat. There were 4 extra pillows in the closet but they all were COVERED in stains with only 2 available pillow cases. The master bed also only had 1 pillow sham that was also stained. Couch cushion, towels, and refrigerator also had stains. Grout throughout condo was black instead of its normal tan that you could see around the edges. We took out a skillet to cook and it still had eggs in it from previous use. Outdated furnishings do not bother me in condo as long as it’s clean and the bed it comfortable enough to sleep on. This condo did not meet that criteria.

Rust coming out of Master bathroom sink.

So first ,I must say the unit was very clean , but interior a little dated. Location was great , pool nice and of course is beach was beautiful. My main complaint would be the rust coming out of the master bath faucet, I did not check the other water sources.( The water does look clean coming out of faucet .)I had to put a white wash cloth in the sink under the faucet because of a constant drip. The next morning the wash cloth had rust all over it from the drip. This was disturbing because I had been drinking the water. When I called to notify Bender Realty I was told that the building would be getting a retrofitting to fix this. I spoke to multiple condo OWNERS there and was told this was finished in 2012 and they just had their annual HOA meeting the day before and no additional work is in the budget for the next 5 yrs. So beware and don’t drink or use water unless you do the white wash cloth test. I have a picture and video of this I will try to post.

The person giving information about future plumbing work was actually referring to a different property. The plumbing in the condo you stayed in has the correct type of plumbing fixtures and pipes. Disappointed Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Gulf Towers for about 20 years, however this time was not a pleasant stay. The room was dirty with sand and stains on the floors as well as the furniture. The pull out sofa was broken and had to be fixed before we could use it. The air conditioning unit in the closet was leaking and had a mildew smell. In addition to the room a man calling himself the 'building owner' who lived in 11A verbally attacked a man and his wife with profanity in front of their children and other guests for placing an umbrella in one of the large flower pots. He also was very rude and disrespectful to the other guests who confronted him about it. He told them he owned the building and they needed to leave if they did not like it. We love Gulf Towers but we will be looking for another place in the future. Condos are too expensive to have to contend with such behavior and accommodations.

Everything was too small plus a shopworn unit

Reviewer Comments: It's good to be ocean front but this building is too many units versus the the size of the site. Parking is tight and handicap parking is a cruel joke. The spaces are virtually inaccessible -- slap against the building so only children can get out of the vehicle much less a disabled adult. If you can get your vehicle in the spot(s), all two of them, backing out requires an uncanny set of driving skills since dumpsters are directly behind with a wall next the passenger door. If you can actually pull into the HC space you cannot open a door more than about a foot and the car blocks the doors to the lobby for foot traffic. Only 1 elevator was in service but the other was being replaced. Our unit had inadequate linens, no blankets and half the pillows were without cases. Bender acted quickly when notified. Much of the furniture was rickety and some electric plugs were compromised. The beach is extremely short due to the slope at the water but most of the waterline was taken by pay-to-play chairs and shade for an outside vendor. Beach patrol access and dune preservation took up most of the sand area. Bringing your own shade and chairs is uncomfortable at best and your children have hardly any play area. This is an older build build shortly after Fredrick. It is ocean front and close to the thick of things. The lagoon is about 2 blocks north in easy walking distance. Our particular unit had only 1 key fob for access to the pool and beach. inconvenient for 5 people ages 12 - 74. Parking is strictly enforced since trespassers can make car storage impossible for paying guests. The stay was not terrible but these points are relatively minor inconveniences that guests should be aware of before you book.

Parking at Gulf Tower can be very challenging to guests, particularly during busy seasons of the year. The City's plans for beach renourishment had to be postponed until the fall of this year, and we look forward to more beach for our guests and emergency services.
