We sincerely apologize that you had the wrong key when you first arrived and completely under the concern it caused. We do have a phone line that guests can use to reach our team at all hours. We missed your call initially, as we were assisting another guest, but called you back and had our maintenance team out there within 15 minutes with the correct key. We do not provide perishable goods to renters, but do supply renters with a starter soap/paper goods kit. We'll speak to housekeeping about their missed mark here, we apologize for that. Regarding the checkout checklist, we don't require it of renters. Our cleaning fee covers professional cleaning, but we do ask guests to strip beds at checkout to help our housekeeping team if they have time.
