Beautiful New Home with Central Air Near Kingsbury Beach
Beautiful recently built home with central air and only one half mile from Kingsbury Beach.
This house has an open floor plan and is bright, light and nicely decorated. The first floor offers a spacious, well equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate half bath with laundry area.
The second floor has another full bathroom with tub, a den with sleep sofa, and two guest bedrooms; one with two queen beds and one with one queen bed.
The yard is level, nicely landscaped and due to have a lush, green lawn by summer.
Location: The house is located on a quiet lane, less than a mile to the bay, Wiley Park, Great Pond, the bike trail, and Arnold's Clam Bar. The Wellfleet Cinemas, Mass Audubon, National Seashore Visitors Center, Eastham Restaurants and shops, and ocean beaches are all within 4 miles. Orleans center is just over 5 miles away.
Amenites include: Gas Range, Dishwasher, Keurig, 1st Floor Washer and Dryer, Wireless Internet, 3 Televisions with Basic Cable, Gas Grill, Outdoor Furniture, Enclosed Outdoor Shower, and 4 Beach Chairs. Sheets and Towels are not provided but linen rental services are available or you can bring your own.
