Wonderful LBI

Awesome location and very spacious. We had a great stay. Totally would stay here again. Owners were very friendly and accommodating to us.

Close to beach and the bay!

Hello, this rental was very clean and the perfect location, close to the beach and the bay. We were able to enjoy the beach and then go watch the sunset over the bay, all within walking distance. Owners very nice. Close to restaurants and gift shops as well.

Very good Beach Vacation

The coordination with Lois at the realtor agency was excellent. Payment processes on VRBO flawless, the property owner was a super sweet woman. The property while a little older was really nicely updated. The kitchen was a little tight but just fine for the 8 of us. the property was extremely clean (except the cleaning crew forgot to clean a broiler tray (no big deal) the property was exceptionally clean. the proximity to the beach was 3 houses away. Perfect. Wonderful people all around, great home, great stay. Would go back again if we can. bob The only issue was

Really disappointing

What was good about the property: close to the beach, two very nice porches, three of the four bedrooms were pleasant and well-equipped, TV was large and very nice. That takes me to the issues which we have already raised with the property manager: 1) Unlike all other LBI rentals we've done, no beach badges included and no notation on the property description that they are not included: 2) Mold on the wall of the fourth bedroom which the property owner did scrub down but we were not willing to put a baby or two-year-old in a room that might have mold; 3) Three Venetion blinds were damaged and despite notifying the realtor, were never replaced and could not be used; 4) The gas grill was empty and wasn't provided a replacement for two days; 5) The tub in the downstairs bathroom has peeling on several surfaces and could not be used; 6) The WiFi was so weak as to not be usable at all; 7) Several cabinet doors in the kitchen would not stay closed; 8) One day there was not hot water and the on-site owners never bothered to tell us or let us know when it might be fixed; 9) There are dangerous sharp edges on the living room coffee table; three of us were but on the legs while staying there. Our family has stayed in LBI off and on for 20+ summers and have always rented and never have we had a rental that had so many problems almost none of which were addressed while we were there despite our having raised them with the owner and the rental agency. Very disappointing!

Close to beach!

Great house in a great location - very close to the beach. Owners were on site and friendly. House was clean and spacious and had a side porch that was perfect for our crew to gather. The website photos are dated - the bedrooms and bathrooms have been tastefully updated. Highly recommend. (Two driveway spaces, and street parking was never an issue during a busy week)
