Tradewinds es un edificio alto ubicado en la hermosa playa de Orange, arenas blancas y hermosa vista panorámica del Golfo de México. Esta es la unidad Penthouse está en el piso 12. La unidad tiene un balcón frente grande golfo desde donde se puede disfrutar del amanecer y el atardecer!

Si usted gusta ir de compras, salir a cenar, golf, pesca de altura, o la vida nocturna, Tradewinds se encuentra convenientemente ubicado a cualquier actividad que le guste. (Por cierto, A poca distancia de 'cebo vivo'). Al otro lado de la calle de Bubba's Seafood, Adventure Island Arcade, go-carts y video. La cubierta de la piscina junto a la playa está a sólo unos pasos de la hermosa playa de arena blanca. La unidad está decorada con buen gusto.

The room itself is very outdated. Old furniture, old coffee maker and outdated decor. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Rusty hinges. The most positive thing about the condo and how the property management company takes care of the grounds.

The condo was very clean the moment we walked in. The balcony had an amazing view of the beach and water. Fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals and save some money. I would recommend this place to anybody! Amazing stay and would definitely stay again.

The two positives were communication with the host and the balcony view. Other than that the stay was really unpleasant. The room smelled so bad of mustiness and moisture and it felt so gross being in this condo. I didn't want to shower or sleep in the bed because it was just nasty. Walls were beat up, lost of rust, the place hasn't been dusted in ages and there was no WiFi which meant no tv. But we weren't there for tv so that wasn't bad. It was how gross the furniture felt and just the space in general. We spent as much time as possible on the balcony because that was the only cleanish space. I wouldn't take this condo again if it was gifted to me. That's how gross it was. And when I stated this to VRBO, they offered me a credit for 100. That was a joke.

Sorry your experience was not as you were expecting. I wish I had known of the issues while you were staying. The cleaning company comes in and cleans, swaps linens and towels, vacuums, mops, dusts, after every check out and I would have sent them back if I had known of an issue. The condo stays rented during the peak season in the summer and most reviews are favorable. I am responsive to the needs of guests and make every effort to resolve immediately. The wifi works fine and I could have walked you through the connection process had I known.

Property wasn't clean when we arrived. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours for it to get cleaned. The cleaning folks did a good job in a very short time to get it taken care of.Issue with no hot water that didn't get corrected until our last night. Then were told that the setting was wrong, but the mainentance guy forgot tabs from what looked like new part installed. Very frustration vacation. Should have to keep contacting owner about the issue.Would never rent this property again.

The cleaning crews were slammed on July 5th, busiest day of the year. I refunded $100 for the inconvenience. The water heater is 2 years old, The renter tried to adjust the thermostat himself and turned it to the coolest position, according to the repairman. The repairman checked it out and it is working fine now. My advice is, for renters: don't take the plate off to adjust the temperature on the water heater.

Beautiful view and conveniently located near many restaurants and activities. There was an issue with the electric in the kitchen but the owner was on top of it and communicated exactly when the repair people would be there.

Cleanliness ill say good, not great. The condo is badly outdated, the recliner chair and sofa is probably 20 years old, i can find better one on Facebook marketplace for 50 bucks, coffee pot and radio is 20 years old, seems they dont put no time and money back into the condo. Be aware when looking at photos of the condo it is only one bedroom, idk if they trying to make you think it could be 2 bedroom but they show 2 pictures with different color walls and different window shades but only one bedroom and bunk beds are in the hallway. The room is by the elevators and on one night around 3am had people going up and down for almost 2 hours yelling and talking loud keeping us all up, maybe they could put signs up by elevators telling guest try to be respectful. But overall its doable and could be alot worse. If you do end up getting this condo just prepare for minor issues.

I appreciate the feedback. I have replaced items as they have become dated, Example, fridge, mattresses, sofa (brand new 3 yrs ago), TV, and coffee maker, etc. I will look into all issues. Thanks again.

Perfect spot!

This condo was the perfect size for our 2 adults & 2 teens. A nice and seemingly quieter part of Orange Beach with a nice pool. We would come back for sure!

Excellent stay!

The room and condo complex were wonderful! We loved the heated pool, though the pool code had changed from what was in the listing. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We would definitely come here again!

Condo is located in an excellent location and has amazing views up and down the beach ! Everything was as described in the listing and the owner couldn’t have been better to work with or accomadating.

Very nice

Beautiful beach and condo; we enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. Orange Beach has really nice shops off the beach when you are ready to explore. Hope to return.

Great Trip

We enjoyed staying at this property. It had everything we needed. The view was great. The accommodations were good. The owner was easy to work with and communicative. What we liked best was the ease of getting to and from the beach. We would stay here again! Thanks!

We loved it!!! Fantastic!!!

We are a family of four with two small childern 3 and 6. We had a wonderful time this is the perfec spot!! Great location, easy access to beach. We enjoyed every min. We will be back and would recommend. Thank you best vacation we have had.
